De JA Vu ???

Beth76 - I learned something new. I get deja-vu once in awhile, but it looks like I actually get both - deju vu & precognitive dream?

As I said, I've had a few, and three stand out - two of them work related. I remember dreaming that I was in an office outside a manager's office, and these other managers were talking to me. I woke up wondering why in the heck would I be talking to these people who really had nothing to do with me. I actually decided to remember that dream, and more than a year later (maybe 2?) I had kind of moved up in the company, working as an admin asst. for a manager when the scene I dreamed about played out. I remember getting that big lightbulb turning on in the brain moment. I just thought of it as deja vu.

There's also something called a psychic dream which is similar to a precognitive. There's one small thing that separates the two. I'm thinking maybe the psychic dream is when your dream is exactly copied and the precognitive is more symbolic. Like you dream about fire and then later your house burns down. Sorry for the morbid example.

LONG before I ever met my Matt, I had a dream about meeting a man wearing glasses with a green sweater, dark jeans and he was dropping stuff and somehow in the dream I knew Id marry him. The first time I met Matt he had on glasses, a green sweater, dark jeans and dropping his stuff. I can't go into the other details with embarssing myself lol but I married him. It was the craziest feeling at the time when I met him having the feeling that I"knew" him.

I get it all the time too. It never fails to throw me for a loop when it happens.

I mean some of the situations I know I've never experienced before, but everything, even sometimes the feeling of knowing I've been there before (does that make sense?) are the same.

On another note, ever since I was little, I had images of adding milk to hot tea and I never knew why. I can almost taste it. About ten years ago I learned that this is a common way of drinking tea in England.

I've never been to England, so it made me think - have I been reincarnated? Another one that makes you go, "hhhhmmmmm..."

My SIL is big into reincarnation. She was doing some research into it because she thinks she is. She told us about this boy who they think was a reincarnated WWII fighter pilot. He knew nicknames of serveral pilots. Knew things about the airplanes, events etc....Even recalled some stuff about the wife of the pilot. The wife meet the boy and confirmed that the details of things this boy knew, only her husband knew (and don't even think about fresh stuff here people). But, he lost most of the memories by his 7th birthday. Most of her research she has done seems to point to short term memories, and people forget as they get older.

I just love pondering on interesting things.

She also mentioned that I had a Previous life(something she said she rarely does)....which was very recent to my birth. She told me many fascinating details as to who I was. However I was in my early 20's and blew it off.

Now skip to 20 years later. I am at a wedding reception and was talking to a woman.....she mentioned to me about my AURA (not sure if that is spelled correctley)...and proceeds to tell me pretty much what the psychic 20 years earlier told me. However she did go into much detail....I had a previous life...which was very close to my own. A quick turn around. Now she also gave me the name of who I was!

I did research on the internet and found out this person (my former self) died about 9 months before I was born!!!!!

I thinks its cool...but What do you do with that sort of Info?????

The fact that 2 different people gave me very much the same information 20 years apart! And I really never told anybody this info. It's kinda cool!

That fascinates me. Something similar happened when I was just a kid. I can't remember it now but my parents checked the parts they could because I was so pushy about my old family and was missing my other parents.

This is what I find interesting about it still: ever since I can remember I've been terrified of dieing in a car crash - The person I told them about had died in a car crash when being chased by a soldier in Germany and bleed to death after hitting the dash and amputating both legs near the knees. Since I was born I've had unexplained pains in my legs. I would love to find someone to talk with but you just never know who you can really trust.
