DDP when booking

Hi, I hope someone can help. We have purchased the DDP for the first time this year. I have already made many ADRs for my July/AUgust trip. My question is: when reserving they asked if I was DDP and I said yes. We will overspend on our credits because we are doing a few signature restaurants. Even though I said yes that we were DDP, can I now decide to pay OOP.

For example, I would rather pay OOP for character breakfast, but I already said I was DDP. Will this matter or can we turn up to the breakfast and tell them we want to pay for it.

It will not matter, usually. You will most likely be asked at each location if you are using/on the Dining Plan. If you plan to pay with credits, say yes; if you plan to pay OOP, say no.

The exception would be CRT, or Hoop-Dee-Doo, or the Luau - where you've already paid for your entire meal/experience. In those locations, if you choose to pay with your DDP credits, you MUST let them know so your original payment can be credited back to your charge card.
