DDP for less than three days?

Can you get the DDP for a two day stay? Is there a three day min?

As long as you have a package with room and at least 1 day tickets you should be able to add the dining plan.

We are staying two nights in March and we have the base DDP for two days, so I can confirm that it was available to us with no 3 night minimum.

Keep in mind some packages do have a 3 night minimum. Generally you can have even a one night stay on the DDP. (We have.) However, there could be instances where a 3 night stay is the minimum requirement.
