DDP discount with AP or Florida resident

Are there any discounts on the dining plan for AP or Florida residents?
Are these discounts able to be used across the whole group?

I asked this on the phone yesterday when talking with a castmember about adding the dinning plan. There are no discounts.

Also wanted to add that you can keep your annual pass room rate, when adding the dinning plan.

I just called to add it today, and the price the CM gave was higher than what I was quoted the day before, so I was confused. Somehow it added a different room discount that was more expensive than the annual pass room discount. She was able to fix, but if you add the dinning plan make sure you do your math and that everything is correct!
