DDP credits if switching resorts?

How does DDP work if we are staying at one resort (BCV) just for one night and moving to OKW the next day for 5 nights? Can you get the DDP for just the five nights? Paying cash at BCV, but renting points from DVC member for OKW.

The DDP is tied to your reservation. So most likely you'll want to add the dining on to your 5 night reservation. (This is how I understand it works--we plan to pay for it for our April/May trip, staying at BWV for 12 nights.)

You would purchase DDP for your OKW stay. The credits would not be available for you to use until you check into OKW. So you would have to pay OOP for food for your first night. The credits would be available starting at check-in, and until midnight of the night you check out. Enjoy!
