DDP at Shutters

We'll be eating at Shutters at the CBR and using DDP. Last time we ate there with DDP it included appetizers. I"d like to order the prime rib but doesn't come with salad or veggies, are these also considered appetizers on DDP? Salads are listed seperatley from entrees, as are vegatables, and appetizers are also seperate from everything else. May I order a salad or veggie side on DDP as part of the meal?

I believe anything listed on the menu as an app, salad, or side will not be included on the DDP. But each entree should come with some sort of veggie or potato??
