I want to make sure i have this correct, the DDP is $38.99 per adult, per day.
you get
1 snack
1 CS, (entree,drink,desert)
1 TS (appetizer,entree,drink,desert)
Per Person
Tax and tip included?

So if the 4 of us go to coral reef, and get 4 sodas, 4 appetizers,4 entrees, and 4 deserts that is using 4 TS correct?
I just want to make sure i understand it before we do it in Jan, it seems like a good deal. I just call MS correct?
Thanks so much:) :)

We used it last October. My advise is this: There are times that you should know about. We found that if you want to use it for certain restaurants, you need to have a reservation in advance. This is sometimes hard to do, since certain restaurants may be booked up. There are also sometimes restrictions on what items you can order off the menu. We tried to use it for a quick snack at Epcot one day, and we had to walk to a few different carts before we found one that had something we really wanted. If it's hot, you may not feel like doing the extra searching for your food. Just things to consider. Over all value is great, if you go to a sit down restaurant.

I am not sure about Coral Reef, but some restaurants do require 2 credits per person for the meal plan.

We have a Dining Plan sub-board over on our DIS Restaurants, so I would visit there for more details.
