I see on the menus for certain restaurants listed on this site a side not for 20% discount for DDE passholders

Does this same discount apply to AP holders or DVCers as well?

Namely Chef Mickey's and Donald's Safari Breakfast shows 20% off for DDE

Can anyone tell me? Thx!

DDE is the old name, the new name is Tables in Wonderland (TiW). It's a discount card that AP holders & Fl residents can purchase.

Tables in Wonderland offers Florida Residents and Annual Passholders 20% off of all food and beverage purchases at the participating Disney Dining plan restaurants. It is a membership program with annual fees.

The price is $60 for an Annual Passholder, $25 for a second card. For a Florida Resident who is not an Annual/Seasonal Passholder, the cost is $85.

The Tables in Wonderland Card can be purchased at any Disney Guest Services location. Annual Passholders and/or Florida Residents need to provide proof of eligibility. Note that Disney Dining Experience membership requires that you be age 21 or older.

If you are dining at a Disney Resort with valet parking and are using your Tables in Wonderland card, they will waive the valet parking fee. Be sure to advise the attendant and show your member card.

NOTE: Your check will have an 18% gratuity added regardless of party size.

The Tables in Wonderland discount is not available on holidays including New Year’s Eve, Year Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Certain restrictions may be applicable. Participation is subject to change. To view Disney World Restaurant menus click here.

This is a really great card to get, especially if you eat at some of the more expensive restaraunts on property. It pays for itself.

The things that can make a TiW a good idea:

Large parties - it discounts up to ten people, its easy to make it pay when you have ten - might be harder with two.
Lots of table service - especially signature
Alcohol
Lots of days at Disney in a year
Already an AP holder or FL resident.
Don't use the Dining plan.

The DDE, now known as Tables in Wonderland, is neither the AP discount nor the DVC discount. It is separate.

As others have said, it is wonderful.

Remember that it charges an automatic 18% tip.

If you stay at a value resort, and I also believe the POFQ, you can use it in the food court, too.

It saves us a bunch, and lets you try more Table Service Restaurants.

Wouldn't Leave Home Without It.

Have fun,

Thx! We rae doing DDp but now I am wondering if TiW card is better- There will be 7 of us - Me & DH w/ our kids 17DS, 16DS, 12DD, 10DS, & 7DS I am wondering if this would be better now since my 7 yr old is not a "kids meal" type of kid- Sure, the occassional Mickey D's happy meal but not every meal- He eats the same type foods we do- I will look into this more... I appreciate it!
