Days are running together but I did remember what day it is.

Interesting... so who else is the house cook where they live??
I tried the air fryer last night. Did fish & chips. And... I was very impressed!

And far superior to oven baking.
It became more clear when she said "We used a can of tomato soup instead of tomato sauce. That's the same thing, right?"
4...It has been split in the past but right now, pretty much me.
4.5...Sometimes I do the cooking, but I married a cook/baker, so It's generally in my best interest to let her hold sway over the vittle fixin'.
Dang that looks good.Time for lunch...

Oh, and I did the cooking in this instance.
It ain't the Biergarten and my kitchen certainly ain't Epcot, but as lunch goes, it's off the charts on the savory scale.
Nice! Glad it worked out.
Dude. We all know who has the brains in that relationship. You don't need to convince us.If it involves fire and/or smoke, it's my job. Otherwise, it's her. But she seems to be coming up with more dinner ideas that require the grill lately.
So I found out! It's not even a contest as far as how crispy the food gets.
Same story around here...........If it involves fire and/or smoke, it's my job. Otherwise, it's her. But she seems to be coming up with more dinner ideas that require the grill lately.

Dang shame I'm working today or there'd have been a beer or two in the picture (or at least an empty glass that once had contained a beer or two)
Sword fightInteresting presentation.
That's what she said....Interesting presentation.
So company is just bout done closing on 2 new properties that will hopefully start construction before the end of the year. I'm about to get super busy around here with 2 new builds going at the same time along with 2-3 remodels.
Ummm no, not gonna make that suggestion in my house.

What I really liked is (with the fish), the batter was crispy and not even a little bit soggy or oily. Usually after I eat fried, battered fish I feel a bit sick from the grease. Not this time.

Agreed, there is definitely a pendulumic aspect to the saukraut. Kinda like if you dyed your danglies purple.Interesting presentation.
Good on her. I enjoy cover versions of tracks in a completely different genre. Makes me think about the track more. Me First and the Gimme Gimmes are a fine example of this, especially the 50s album. Not sure if this will go on a CD to be sold, but this group wants to tour, so some kind of CD needs to be made for the tour organizer. What's interesting is that she was playing some Metallica. On the harp. I didn't hear all of it, but the DW said that it worked somehow. I now suspect she'll pull some Metallica out at gigs to impress the guests.
Morning chaps from a sunny and 75 London. Couple of more hours, then I have a "meeting" with refreshements in an alternative meeting space that seems to resemble a bar with around 4 work colleagues, who are fast becoming a regular drinking club.
For the boat enthusiasts, the bar (ahem, the meeting venue) overlooks HMS Belfast, the floating museum.
Mornin', Gents! Busy day yesterday but I made it out on the other end. Came home to the wife recording some music for a group she belongs to. When it's my time to cook, I'm either pulling out a frozen bag of something, or calling Domino's. I hate cooking.
That I gotta hearWhat's interesting is that she was playing some Metallica. On the harp.
Why do I get the feeling that what I picture when you say biscuits and gravy is not what you mean when you say biscuits and gravy.Have a good day y'all, may your biscuits be smothered.
I'm sorry... what?!?!?What's interesting is that she was playing some Metallica. On the harp
Good, isn't it? I use my air fryer because it's easy and it makes good food.

Is it wetlands or something?Only 1 meeting with the engineers today to see if the city will let us build one of our new branches. (Its located in an environmentally sensitive area) Just because there is an existing building on the site doesn't mean we can tear it down and put up a new one.
Aquifer recharge zoneIs it wetlands or something?

Can see why it's sensitive. Presume you could build there, but with construction limitations/precautions.Aquifer recharge zone
You must hate good pizza too.![]()
Because you know Dan (or know enough about him)? Why do I get the feeling that what I picture when you say biscuits and gravy is not what you mean when you say biscuits and gravy.
