Can't believe he's not been with us for almost 2 years.Cheers Cj, 3000!
Ah-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh (Couldn't think how to spell his laugh)Be vewwy vewwy qwiut...he's hunting boats.
Ouch, mate that's tough. All the best. Hopefully something will come up soon.Mommy? Why won't people give daddy a job so we can play again?" Broke my heart.
Time to shave my legs and go back on the game.
We have a whole Pork Belly from the butcher which I got for a score, if I bring him back some. So I'm cubing it up and smoking it over apple and then slow cooking to make Belly Ends. Dinner's at 4 tomorrow, everyone's welcome. Someone bring potato salad.
WDW Pick 'ems for today.................
- Dole Whip or Dole Whip Float?
- EPCOT Main Entrance or International Gateway to start the day?
- Fishing trip or horse back riding?
- Carousel of Progress update final scene or Tomorrwoland Speedway goes to electric cars?
- Country Bear Jamboree or Voyage of the Little Mermaid (HS show)?
Definitely not. :barf: Tried it a few times. Thought it was disgusting every time. You can have my share.
Hey, Gents! Doing a quick check in, I'll try and respond to some of the posts where I was quoted as I get time. Been kind of slow this week, so I've taken the opportunity to look for work when I've had nothing to do, with full permission from my stockroom lead. I know, that's pretty cool, right?! There's been times when he's said, "Look, I've got nothing for you to do, so why don't you look for work." I'm of the belief that I won't have a job at the end of the month, so I've racheted up the job hunting. My DD comes up to me last night wanting to play and I had to turn her down because I was looking for work. She then went to my DW and said, "Mommy? Why won't people give daddy a job so we can play again?" Broke my heart. Well, gotta run, gents. Have a good day.

As the great Ferris Bueller said, "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you may miss it."
Is that regarding the reference to the pork or my legs? Either way, cheers bud.
Hope the Pirate Princess Crash is doing well with her life. Not much family other than CJ if I remember properly.

Morning guys
I finally got my butt off the couch yesterday and went for a hike on the east coast trail, only about 20 minutes drive from my house. It’s something I should be doing more often. I managed about 6km in a couple hours. It was a nice sunny day here, if a bit windy, but hiking along the coast of the North Atlantic it’s rarely not windy. I was 0 for 2 on finding whales or icebergs, but it was great to get out.
Hopefully these pictures turn out right, but if not just turn your heads or something.
A few notes:
1. It’s no wonder they call this place The Rock - not a sandy beach in sight.
2. Most of the trail was flat but some had decent hills. I literally walked up that waterfall.
3. Just to the North of that point of land behind me is Cape Spear, the most easterly point of land in North America. Nothing between me and Dan but water (well, and Wales)
4. I clearly have not had my COVID haircut yet.

DD got her permit today. Not looking forward to the teaching, but it is good to see her progressing to being an adult. Then, if I survive so long, maybe I can let someone else be responsible for a change.
Very pretty. And the nature photos are not bad either.Hopefully these pictures turn out right, but if not just turn your heads or something.
That was you waving? You can sneak under Wales from where you are, and come through Cornwall. That's a much better route. And we won't make you get intimate with sheep.Nothing between me and Dan but water (well, and Wales)
That's nice, we are allowed now 6 at a time outside, so we have a few slow cooks slotted in. It's good to finally start catching up with people.First time in months we had dinner with friends, some nice BBQ, few drinks and sitting around the fire chatting. Good times!
I watched some over the weekend, I still can't get on with it, it looks like we are watching a training match. The Dortmund coach injuring himself celebrating was pretty amusing. Prem starts this week, West Ham I think will be relegated. There. I said it.Watching some Bundesliga this morning
That is interesting...not my experience. I wonder if you're feeling keto flu.So officially made it thru a full week of Keto. Had some great dinners but really noticed how many carbs I eat in my lunches and snacks. Still trying to get used to feeling different, can't bounce back after a hard day work, was able put in 6-8hrs out in the heat take an hour or so break for some food and nap then be good to go for the rest of the day. But I'm struggling to get thru a full day if I'm pushing and working hard, and there is no chance to recover before the next day.
On the good side I'm down almost 15lbs the first week. But man I miss beer.
Nice shots, Jeff. You even visited Australia! Impressive.I finally got my butt off the couch yesterday and went for a hike on the east coast trail
Cheers Cj, 3000!
