Definitely Stork.
We adopted my nephew (finalized 3/7/18) and then 3/9/18, his full blood brother arrived.
After a week in the NICU, he came home with us.
So, I have 4 biological children, and will have 2 adopted ones.
They are my nephews.
Luckily, in Missouri, you can be “Uncle Dad” and still fit in...

Happy Friday guys. The kid is rapidly approaching the finish of her Masters' project and prepare to defend it. Last step to earning her Masters. She is already doing what every parent hopes to hear, applying for jobs. The twins next door (eight months older than A & I knew them from birth) are preforming a show and releasing their 1st album. So that is what we will be doing Saturday. Nothing planned for Sunday.

On a sad note, not sure you heard that Anthony Bourdain died at 61. Age wise, that is way to close to home for my liking.

On that happy note, enjoy the weekend.

On a pride note, by circumstance, my Godson and his sister (cousins) happened to be marching at WDW representing their HS. So, I cheered loudly for them and took pictures.

Small world after all.

Good morning for the last time at WDW this year (unless I win the lottery). Going to character breakfast at Trattoria and then onto Vero Beach Resort. I'll post a picture from the Green Cabin Room later.

Have fun in Vero. Say hi to the Green Cabin for me.

I ran into him some of his friends later. They all, including him, seem to enjoyed the cheering ad apparently no other family members did that for anyone else. I told him I planned this trip just to see him, so he has to take me to WDW when he makes it big.

The Lady K has already asked what I'm cooking tomorrow, so looks like that particular gravy train has hit the buffers. It's the Curly haired Ninjas birthday party (her birthday was at the end of May, but all the kids were off) on Sunday. Apart from that, gearing up for the World Cup next week. What you up to mate? Grillin and Chillin?

Guess the sympathy card did not play long.

Not sure what I am going to do for the World Cup with the US and Italy out. Definitely not France or Germany. Iceland maybe? Do I invest in England only to be frustrated after group play?

I bet CJ's daughter could have given you guys some pointers.

Depends on how they got the specimens. They occasionally come across dead ones and people send them others. They perform necropsies so she could tell Declan what are all the parts. Dissecting a dead one is cake compared to performing surgery on a live one. The need to when inserting a certain tag.

i think the part of this thread I like most is that I can skip to the last page, read it, and get a decent grasp of the goings on.
though, admittedly, i do miss reading the forum nightly, like i used to.
instead, i hit fb and stop. That's my bad, really.

I'm still looking forward to being on property at the same time as you all over Marathon weekend, but it's unlikely that i'll be at any of the meet ups or even the BBQ.
Plans are fluid at the moment, and that is an understatement.

I'm the opposite...I don't do (nor have ever done) FB, so thankfully Darcy has agreed to fill me in for information that might only be there.
I'm planning on being there the 7th-12th and I'll have a car, so hopefully, that will give me enough flexibility to possibly meet up anyway.

Just a reminder that today is World Oceans Day. There are a few simple things you can do. Eat sustainable seafood - Many grouper, tilapia and dolphinfish (mahi) are good. Reduce plastic use - avoid 1 use bags and if don't need a straw tell your server not to leave you one. Help protect this big girl and her friends' environment. That includes the little one holding her.

Going well. Busy. Haven't had time to get on here and talk to my friends enough, so that sucks. But otherwise ok.

Happy Saturday Guys. Up and at em, you don't want to waste the day. Actually, sleep in if you can. Wish I could. Already made egg salad for lunches during the week and am about to make macaroni salad. Taking a break for a bowl of cereal for breakfast.

Feel bad that LeBron and the Cavs got swept last night. NOT! What a beatdown.

Going well. Busy. Haven't had time to get on here and talk to my friends enough, so that sucks. But otherwise ok.

Well, someone has to do it.

Not going anywhere for a while. The kid has to graduate, find a job and maybe relocate. I'm still planning on Disney in October.

The Bull was about an 11 foot female who was so large around the middle they thought she might have pups. The sonogram was inconclusive. Her head alone was almost as big as the kid and weighed more.

Belgium's a good shout. De Bruyne was the best player in the Prem last year for me, but Salah got all the credit as he scores goals. Don't waste your breath with England mate.

You chose wisely. Again, don't waste your emotion on England. The one thing I will say is that the younger ones like Rashford and Sterling are pretty exciting. And they are fresh, as they don't get the game time due to the competitiveness of our league.
