Huge storm rolled in and the sound and light show beats Fantasmic. Saw a lightning strike hit the transformer on the next bloc over. The blue and green sparks were kind of cool. Unfortunately they are without power now. Nice to be in the comfy confines of my family room.

As long as no one gets hurt and no property damage, a good t-storm can be cool. Stay safe though.

They can be cool to watch.

We had a transformer blow in an ice storm a few years back. It was loud and fun to watch until the power went out.

We got 5.49 inches of rain at MIA, 3 inches above the previous record. It was a cool storm with lots of lightening and a blown transformer. There is something about that transformer because it blows out every 6 months or so. Was woken by heavy trucks and machinery at about 2 AM as FPL rolled in to fix it.

Guess that is my excitement for the week.

After the week+ I had, I'm not waiting for Dan to call it. I'm out. Going to breakfast in a bit and running some errands. May do a little work on the backyard late this afternoon when it cools a bit.

Morning Guys.

Short day in the office. DS has one print job to finish and then we are off to his first basketball tournament of the summer. He'll get three games for sure and then we'll see what happens.

We also decide on our March Break 2018 vacation; decided to try NCL again and cruise on the Escape out of Miami. Looking forward to trying one of their bigger, newer ships.

Looking forward to hear the news coming out of D23 Expo the next 3 days. Already say the full model for SW Land which looks pretty impressive. Thanks. Leaping Horse Libations sounds great. I'll report how the different bars do at the Poly in comparison. However, a week at the Boardwalk is 100 points compares to 150 points at Poly. This is a one and done trip.

DS and his team won their first game in the tournament 62-58. He played pretty well, got about 20 minutes in and came away with 7 points, a handful of rebounds, couple of blocks and couple of blocks. He did a great job shutting down the opponents best player when he was matched up with him. With two games tomorrow we're hoping he'll have the stamina to keep chipping in. It is always nice to hear other parents say he played well and they really wished he had been around all season.
