DW and I are meeting up with a couple of friends for their food and wine extravaganza tonight, a 5 Course dinner for 2 with Wine pairing. Do you think I can get away with some cut-off jean shorts and a wife beater?

Morning Men,
From snowy Montana. Been busy getting the farm ready to leave it for a week. Going to leave tonight at midnight for California for the funeral. We are driving since last minute tickets would of costs us almost $3k. Going to stop in Vegas tomorrow afternoon so the boys can enjoy the sunshine and a swimming pool and then on to Orange County on Sunday. Going to be staying right next to the MotherLand (Disneyland) till Friday. We leave the morning DL reopens which will be fun to see. We would try and go to DL but they are only letting residents in. Other than that same old same old. Hope you all are doing good!

Hey strangers, it’s been a while....again.

Just enjoying the happy coincidence that my first day off in 2 weeks is on the same day as our first day of sunshine in ages. I think in 18 days. It’s been a cold, wet miserable month in these parts (yes, even worse than usual). We are close to breaking the all time rainfall record for April. Literally been rain drizzle and fog for weeks. I almost forgot what the sun looked like.

Oldest DD finished her last exam today for her third year of university. One more year to go.

Not much new to report. I hope all is well. I keep missing chunks of banter. I was delightfully surprised to see a discussion of what type of chaps that nice girl was wearing. I’m glad you guys never change.

The boy has got a flea in his ear tonight from me, and the curly haired Ninja is swanning around offering to do jobs. I was an only child, and my kids have taught me there is nothing more sanctimonious in this world than a kid whose sibling is in the 5h!t.

Had to Google that expression. And it means what I thought it meant.

Happy Friday. So glad the week is over. I got the May calendar at work, and I'm working 75% of the month. Apparently, I can get all hours I want. HS tennis match today and another win for youngest dd. Heading to Louisville to visit my dad tomorrow. I'll get a day off in 3 weeks - maybe.

Not sure I remember seeing a beard on Jessica Simpson in the Dukes of Hazzard re-release movie. I'm happy to look closer at her or a bit longer.
