Raglan Road
Cookes of Dublin

The only other places I've eaten down there that still exist are Rainforest and AMC Theatres.

Is the filling white or is that just the picture?

Thanks, I hope I get the interview as well...though I'm certain I will. Having worked here for the past six and a half months I have a good understanding of their systems and how things work, so one would think. However, we all know that things can and do happen. And if I ever have a need to store suck wonderful bake good, I will certainly let you know. 😉🤣

As far as your interview goes, they are saving the best for last...

Good morning from a rainy Cape Cod
I never mentioned before, but I always remember enjoying Cape Cod when my family was there on vacation one summer, I think I was around 12 years old. I liked the beaches. I also remember seeing Gremlins at a drive in theatre there. That would tell you what year it was.

The wife and DD have been in a baking mood lately, so I've been coming home to fresh baked banana breads, lemon breads, cookies, brownies, and regular baked breads. Mmmmm This quarantine better get over with soon or I'm not going to be able to fit through the door.
I've had the same problem. Maybe a good problem to have. I've enjoyed the treats. I have not enjoyed seeing the bathroom scale the past few weeks though.

Top WDW list event for today .........................................
Top 3 Restaurants at current Disney Springs
I haven't been to many of them, but of the ones I have gone to:
1. Earl of Sandwich
2. Homecomin'
3. Wolfgang Puck Express
Honourable mention for dessert - Sprinkles cupcakes
The others I have been to - T-Rex and Rainforest Cafe do not make my list.

No mate, its like a yellow
Phew! I was a bit puzzled when it looked like you have marshmallow filling in your Nanaimo bars. The best ones are a neon yellow colour that you know can't possibly exist in nature.

Never been a fan of Earl of Sandwich...

I think if I was doing th Nanaimo bars again. I'd put less icing sugar in. They were tasty but after the 3rd bite you'd be reaching for an insulin chaser.
I followed the recipe as I've never seen or made them before.
Hope is all is well as it can be right now my friend

Morning, Gents! A beautiful day here on Cape Cod and I have a wonderful view of the production floor from my desk here at work. Yeah, I'm at work. My supervisor came up to me and asked if I wanted some overtime, so I said yes. Well, not much to report, so I'm going to get at it. Have a good day, and weekend.

That's cool that you've visited before. I absolutely fell in love with Cape Cod when I was visiting my wife, then girlfriend. Knew that when we got married I'd move down. Since Cape Cod is an island, there are a lot of beaches around, and all of them nice, some nicer than others, but all nice. You've done something that I haven't in the 14 years I've lived here: Seen a movie at the Well Fleet Drive-in.

I've had the same problem. Maybe a good problem to have. I've enjoyed the treats. I have not enjoyed seeing the bathroom scale the past few weeks though.

I haven't stepped foot on a scale in quite a long time. I judge weight loss/gain by how my pants fit.

Happy Saturday morning.
The Good: We enjoyed another great night at the firepit. Time just flies by where you're out there.
The Bad: Our governor closed public tennis courts to June 21 because of outdoor COVID catching and those groups of 50 who play on a tennis court.
The Ugly: I hurt my knee in my sleep last night. ***?!

Country fried steak is cube steak beaten thin vs chicken beaten thin. Just depends what kind of meat you like to beat.

Then why don't they call it country fried chicken?

Not an attraction, but I REALLY REALLY REALLY miss the paper FPs. You had to be in the park to get them vs. current system. So rope drop actually had a wonderful purpose.

Get off my lawn. Yes, I liked those FPs as well. It was being rewarded for walking around the park and gathering them. The more effort, the more FPs.

Attractions only no fireworks or parades

Why would this group be expected to follow the rules?

I've taken my DD to the beach a number of times. As long as people aren't on top of you you can easily observe proper social distancing.

This.

Supposed to, but do you? I don't always act my age. I start laughing when my DD rips a good fart.

Who doesn't?

Ever since Fulton's Crab House, closed I've boycotted Disney Springs in hopes of bringing it back. Apparently, not a great plan. I think they closed Bongos, and EoS cut down on the mest inside the sandwich. Those were our regulars.

Now, I guess I'll go with:
Boathouse
?
?

We are about the same vintage. I prefer pinball and was pretty good at Skee-ball if I do say so. Just never got into video games much as I am too much of a ludite. I will confess to wasting a lot of quarters on Gauntlet at the Orange Grove on Friday nights with my housemates...quarter drafts, pizza slices for $1, and $1 White Russians. $10 would make for quite an evening. The women from the Woodsmen's team could carry you home if needed.

I like the arcade style video games, but still played pinball and skeeball. If we ever hit the mega lotto, I'd put in an arcade room with a Streetfighter video game, darts, pinball, skeeball, billiards, foosball, and ping pong.

Sorry to hear Rob, hoping the treatment goes well.

How did they taste?

A little dry.

The Ugly: I hurt my knee in my sleep last night. ***?!
Well, if you said you hurt your knee in bed, that may have been a good thing.
But in your sleep??

marshmallow chocolate fudge
The only kind of fudge I make. It's awesome.
I've seen other recipes that use corn syrup but it's not nearly as soft and chewy.

Morning from a sunny Westfield. My oldest daughter's camping trailer has a leak somewhere so I'm heading over to see if I can fix it. Have a great Sunday... stay safe guys.

Sorry for your troubles mate, all the best.

Thanks guys, I'm hoping for some success from this new treatment, as I've had chemo a few times and it didn't work.

Morning folks.
Cloudy morning but at least the winds we’ve been getting last couple days has stopped.
Not going to comment on everything over the last bit, but...

Earl of Sandwich - How do they make a sandwich taste so good?? Why can't I get this in Ohio?
Just drive north a few hours and you can get some here.
The Daily Poutine - it's Poutine - enough said.
I’m afraid to try it there. I know what good poutine is and it’s almost impossible to find outside Quebec.
I may have mentioned this before (not sure if here. Vivoli Il Gelato has two stores. The other is in Florence, Italy. DW and I have been to both.
That’s pretty cool
The Ugly: I hurt my knee in my sleep last night.
I believe you. I can barely move this morning because of my back. Was fine when I went to bed last night.
Since it was overcast and cool this morning I got into the baking mode and made marshmallow chocolate fudge and homemade bread.
Holy crap.
