Try to get a picture in the dugout. :headache::headache:

Does that involve some type of security break in plan? Sounds like a job for the A-Team!

Last time we were there, we took the kids to see the USS Constitution and climbed the Bunker Hill monument. That was a lot of fun. We were looking into Minuteman historical park and maybe a tour of Fenway Park this time around.

I really should want to tour more historical stuff like that. But, I really just want to tour the bourbon distilleries for the booze.

Welcome back.

Did you guys try to get out to feed the polar bears or something? ;)

I wonder how much of that is true - people getting off the rides - at WDW. Are they banned for the day? Life?

Shut up! I'm just hope I make it through the day without another brick falling on my head. Waiting for my accountant to let me know when we can meet next week.
d.

I just wish i had enough money to need an accountant. pixiedust:

Still young and naive. Give it another ten years and the possibility that it could be :hippie:  :cloud9: wont even enter your mind.
.

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. Maybe. After that reality slap, I started hearing the POTC "dead men tell no tales.". :lmao:

Forgot to mention, today is Talk and Dress like a Pirate Day. The Pirate Princess got an email from the school reminding them to wear SH gear. Can only imagine math class. "How do you find the area of a circle?" "Pi ARRRR Squared."

Rum!

I don't know if I'm fast enough. :sad2:

Didn't make it to either of those but wanted to. Fenway is a shrine, loved going there. Too bad the Sox are not playing. Great place to watch a ballgame.

I got to see a game there with my brother a few years ago. The rest of the family has never seen it. :thumbsup2

The baby's sleeping habits are making us side with you more and more.

Really? After what happened last time?
I started running again and I'm doing ok. Plus after a month of that wacky diet, I'm down 12 pounds and the gut feels pretty good.
Good point! I am hoping all this walking will help with the ToT.
I did 6 or 7 miles on Sunday and my feet still hurt. Tomorrow will be my longest run (probably 7 or 8). I just didn't find the time to do all the training I should have. Plus the weather only cooled off here in the past few weeks.
I rode it for the last time a couple days ago. It stopped about 5 times during the ride, for a total of 15 minutes. Fitting way to go out, I thought. :lmao:
We'll be there on the day it closes and plan to ride it. I think we'll pour out a 40 in remembrance.
The rocking horse just totally makes the picture!

It would be better if the pool were drained.

Awesome night ahead but I need some advice. DW will be gone til tomorrow morning and the DDs are going to cousins' house to sleep over. So it's just me and the boy. We always look forward to these things. I'll drink a beer, he'll drink a root beer, a bunch of Ritz crackers, a summer sausage and a half gallon of mint chocolate chip. But I'm having trouble trying to figure out what movie to watch. I like showing him movies from my youth, but am not ready to expose him to much bad language or "adult" situations. That rules out awesome stuff like Goonies, Back to the Future, and several others.

Right now I'm leaning towards Batman (1989). Any ideas? We're looking for something not animated, comedies are out, probably stuff with action and explosions.

Plus you can look for CJ's credit card. If you find it - lunch is on him!

Mummy! Lots of action and some explosions and I can't remember any swearing.

The New Captain America?
I like it! I just don't know if I can get my hands on it by tonight. My first movie source is the library and there are over 140 people in line for that.

Good. I don't really remember this movie that well so I'd enjoy it too.

How about Bulletproof Monk or Remo Williams..the adventure begins.

In-laws coming today. prayers appreciated

To quote Dr Phil:

It's great if the in-laws themselves put up boundaries. But if they won't; it's up to their grown kids to do it and enforce them.

Good luck!

Eventually most join me on the dark side. It's great over here with the excessive alcohol, food, and laziness. :thumbsup2

I drove 6 or 7 miles in the car on Sunday. Still eating those quinoas?

Prayers. Have you taught all the kids how to work together and attack as a team?

Afternoon gentlemen.

Its the harvest festival this weekend. Also known as "Bing Drinking on Main Street." Tonight is the car cruise. The sister in law who also lives in town made us a deal. We get her kids tonight and she takes our kids to the parade tomorrow and we get them back on Sunday. Its a great deal for me since I have to go to work tonight.

Yesterday I noticed Pumpkin (she says she's not a Peanut anymore) sitting on the curb almost in tears. Turns out some of the older boys wouldn't let her play because she is a girl. We had a nice long talk and she has now added "jerk" to her vocabulary. I'd say something to the boys' dad but I know right where they learned the behavior from.

Hey Darcy!

Mummy is a good suggestion. I was going to say Indiana Jones but the scene where they pop open the Ark is a bit scary.

Thoughts and prayers.

Never heard of them. Are those actual movies? I'm too lazy to google.

Avengers?
Quinoa is out and if I ever eat it again it will be too soon. He's seen Avengers, but I think I may have the first Spider-Man at home. Wife picked up the Jack Nicholson Batman movie. I love that movie.

He's seen Raiders and liked it. I was thinking of Last Crusade but we're set for tonight. We may go with Indy next time.

Happy birthday Darcy!

Welcome home! That sure went quick.

Speaking of fall in New England, it looks like I will be up that way over Columbus Day weekend to visit my brother in New Hampshire. We're looking at doing a couple things in the Boston area...

Let me know what you end up deciding on... If we're around it would be great to meet up. I'll bring CJ's credit card to pay for everything.

Hopefully you garnered some better memories of your WDW trip than the Frozen Maelstrom breaking down. Once again, you failed to pick me up along the way.

Next time I'll get you. I swear it. :thumbsup2

Did you guys try to get out to feed the polar bears or something? ;)

It was all pretty foggy after the beers and pretzels in Germany...

Plus you can look for CJ's credit card. If you find it - lunch is on him!

Good luck finding it. ;)
