I started running again and I'm doing ok. Plus after a month of that wacky diet, I'm down 12 pounds and the gut feels pretty good.

Good Saturday ownage morning all. Older dd had first middle school dance yesterday.
I guess it's time to have the shotgun ready for cleaning.

Yesterday I noticed Pumpkin (she says she's not a Peanut anymore) sitting on the curb almost in tears. Turns out some of the older boys wouldn't let her play because she is a girl. We had a nice long talk and she has now added "jerk" to her vocabulary. I'd say something to the boys' dad but I know right where they learned the behavior from.

Yup. Just more evidence we need to keep our girls away from boys, especially in middle school. Ok, that's my thing now. Sorry to hear that for your dd.

Just checking in men. It's a BEAUTIFUL Saturday in Pittsburgh. DW is working so I managed to get through 2 soccer games unscathed all by myself! I'm going to try and get some stuff done around the house an then meet my buddy and his kid at the park. It's too nice of a day to not be outside. Prayers for anyone in need.

Afternoon gentlemen, well I am home from the "darkside" trip, sadly it was short but we had a blast, as always I highly recommend a trip to universal even if it's for a day. The Cabana Bay hotel was awesome and for the price an awesome value!

Evening...chilling out, tired, in a good way. Did the hour drive out to Waterloo, and went to the Medieval Faire. First time experiencing it, pretty fun, girls had a blast seeing everyone dressed up and playing the games. Worth using a sick day for. Watching the Quest finale now that we DVR'd, after today girls were pumped to watch it. Also picked up the girls new glasses, Audrey chose Disney brand of course, with Tinkerbell on them.

What's better than going to WDW? Going to WDW at night. Cooler temps, smaller lines, and extra lights. Sounds like s great time.

Sounds like anther good trip. I think that was the hotel we were looking for next year's trip with FIL.

It was nice outside yesterday. I played tennis in the AM and younger dd had a soccer game.
