So not the Danville in the Tri-State area?

Its may well be as Chicago seems to think it is its own state. Ask tourists in disney where chicago is, then ask where Illinois is. They think Illinois is a town in the state of Chicago. ..

I wouldn't object to a meetup at some point. But im kinda awkward in social settings lol. Fair warning im probably young enough to be most of yalls son. Lol. At least from pics I have seen of disdads it seems I may be thier childs age.

How do they do that? If I buy a meal to share with one of my dds, which rarely happens, they they want to eat all of it. But, if I buy us each a meal, then they only eat about 1/3 of their food, and I eat all mine plus all their food. I can't let it go to waste. :confused3 :headache:

Uhm, but blame my childs medical issue for his large appetite due to burning calories quickly. Anf he likes cheese. So the fried cheese sticks he was all over, but shared with me because I asked (he enjoys sharing and feeding others if he can). Then the fair cheeseburger was about the size of an Olive Garden soup cup plate (no clue what those plates are called.. the one under the soup cup. Seems like a waste of a clean dish in my opinion)

If we get him his own meal he wants to eat about half then take it home for later. The further from home or the more perishable means the more he wants to save it. Grr.

Top O the morn'n Dads and here's to a great family weekend for all. Whacky neighbors is a good one Chris.

Morning Dads!

Looks like a quiet Saturday is on tap. DS had a soccer game postponed because of some stupid Canada Soccer decision about games being played on days that include a U20 World Cup games. :furious:

Looks like some coffee and take DW's jeep for an oil change.

Have a good one.

Pretty much everyone here is young enough to be my son. :lmao:

Good Morning David, CJ and the rest of you Dads!

Morning or should I say afternoon Randal. I would like to thank the good people at Delta for the multiple delayed flights my daughter encountered getting from Savannah to Miami. I enjoyed driving to the airport at 2:30 this morning. She was so hyped up we talked till 4:30 this morning. I was up at 8:00 and she is still asleep. I need a nap.

Using my keen skills of deduction, I have you at 21 years or older since you are making and consuming alcohol suckers. Of course, Assumptions are implied that you are a law-abiding citizen ( I pass no judgement if you aren't).
Your ability to produce and deliver, said alcoholic suckers, would probably be a driving factor behind the meetup with David.
:rotfl2::lmao:

Saturday afternoon Ownage y'all. Was able to play some tennis this AM before the rain arrived. It looks like we are having similar weather as Golf in Louisville this weekend.

My girls are the same way. My oldest DD got a taste for steak. I now order her one just for her. Although when it comes to fair\snack food, my oldest is more likely to share with me legitimately while my youngest hordes it like we're in the Great Depression and would tear off a thumnail sized piece of pretzel for me to eat!:)

My youngest has as well". My oldest will still order off the kids menu, but youngest wants steak, and there aren't too many kids menus with good steak. I'll order a steak and split it with her, but she'll always want more.

We encöurage alcohol in social situations, which makes all situations better. We all enjoy Disney and our families - so there is common ground right there.

If we get him his own meal he wants to eat about half then take it home for later. The further from home or the more perishable means the more he wants to save it. Grr.

That is usually the way it works.

Maybe you can enjoy that game? Or, at least enjoy the car maintainance.

Pretty much everyone here is young enough to be my son. :lmao:

At your age, that may be grandson or great-grandson. :lmao:

The kicker is the World Cup game was scheduled to start at 5 and Declan's game was to start at 11 am. Plus the only way to see the games (unless Canada is playing) is to watch online or attend in person. The nearest games to here are a couple of hours away so I wasn't driving down to see it. We are going to the quarter-finals with his team and then Declan and I are going back for the semi-final.

He was suppose to play a game tomorrow morning but the team forfeited this afternoon. Been a long summer of practice.

Since work is kicking my but and preventing me from enjoying a beautiful weekend in the Burgh, I thought that I at least owed myself a good dinner.
T-Bone, baked potato and cole slaw. I washed it down with a Shock Top Belgian White.

First stop on Barry's Eastern Seaboard family road trip.

A nice afternoon / evening with Barry, Brent, and all the wives and kids.

Happy Sunday morning boys.

Today is the 180 day mark for our trip in February. I'm up ready to make our ADRs. I got my coffee and all of the restaurants open in a tab with the dates and times I need ready to go for 6am. I'll post how I did. Hopefully it all goes smoothly and when I call BBB at 7 that I am able to get the timeslot I need there and don't have to change these ADRs around. I post my results afterwards.

That's alot of pressure on Brent and I to kick off the DISDad meets...

Gotta get to bed, I have a big day tomorrow... :thumbsup2

Bayley is really looking forward to seeing Madison...
Have fun! We are looking forward to hanging with them too. :thumbsup2

Unfortunately, I don't. My new money making plan is for me to do a sex tape with Paris Hilton, and then charge people $ for me to NOT release it. :lmao:
:yay:

My dad did that once we had a boat when I was a kid. I didn't know anything about boats, apparently just like Tim, but I remember asking why the boat was sinking. :lmao:
I was taken out of my routine. Usually Mel handles the kids while I'm getting the boat ready. She didn't come with us this time and my dad was watching them. So I was watching him and not paying attention to what I was doing. :sad2:

That sounds like lot of hard work. You should probably take it easy for a few days and do something relaxing. :)
50 people at my house today to celebrate Christopher's birthday…. That calls for a boat day tomorrow.

Good Luck! We're all counting on you!

Morning all. Back to school in 3 days.

.

That stinks. I know what it is like to drive to professional sport events - 2 hours for Titans/Predators; 3 hours for Cardinals/Reds; 4 hours for Colts. They do air most UK games here since KY Basketball is the official state religion. :lmao:

We did the BBB with both dds followed by dinner at CRT as well. It made for an expensive day, but they enjoyed being treated like princesses.

Well done.

Good morning all!

Morning David.
