Pretty sure I said DS lol son. DW cut his hair a few months ago because people were mistaking him for a girl too often. I liked his long hair better, and he seems to like longer hair as long as its not in his eyes.. .

You did, both in that post and all the rest. Sorry. My house is still filled with Barbie and all the other girl toys from my dds and what is remaining of my brain found a conclusion.

We got the young’en shipped back off to school so we’re officially back in Temporary Empty Nest Mode.

You guys sure have been chatty so as usual, no catching up. Welcome, prayers, congratulations, condolences and bacon all around.

Chaos as usual now that the family is all back under one roof and the work chaos is getting worse. This growing season started out well but when the rains hit it has all been down hill. Over 3 inches of rain in less than 36 hours this past weekend and more in the forecast for today. My little pumpkin patch needs spraying and too wet to get at it but if I don't, I'll have about 1500 disappointed pre-K-1st graders. Long range forecast is calling for an early Autumn, cold winter and lots of precipitation.


Still on the green side of the sod though so things could be worse.

How many idiots does it take to change a light bulb?

Chaos as usual now that the family is all back under one roof and the work chaos is getting worse. This growing season started out well but when the rains hit it has all been down hill. Over 3 inches of rain in less than 36 hours this past weekend and more in the forecast for today. My little pumpkin patch needs spraying and too wet to get at it but if I don't, I'll have about 1500 disappointed pre-K-1st graders. Long range forecast is calling for an early Autumn, cold winter and lots of precipitation.

I was watching the PGA Championship in Louisville yesterday and at one point it looked like Noah floated by. That was some deluge.

Nothing yet. Looking for something for a finished basement that we're going to turn into a movie room. A large screen and surround sound seem like necessities... only problem is how expensive both are!

On another note, we check into OKW on 26 September, and I just found out I'm going to be in Quantico from 16-24 September....DW wasn't dancing about that onw
