Rainy\dreary day here in Pittsburgh. DW and youngest are at a Bday party. Oldest and I are heading to see Maleficent at 1:30 PM

Holy crap was guardians of the galaxy awesome!!!!

Top O the morning gents.

DS saw it and agreed, thought it was hysterical.

I mentioned this to my wife and she said that she heard the same. This may be our next family movie event.

Morning all. It is another beautiful day here with highs in the 80s. Next weekend will be the last calm one for a while as school starts the 13th along with soccer and swim. The summer has just flown by as usual.

We still have a few weeks left. Our girls start back on 8\28. But I agree, summer is zooming by very quickly.

Hey guys..... Wow I only fell 26 pages behind I expected it to be worse. So far its taking a little to get used to. We are working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week. So my days consist of working out sleeping and working. I know I will not be making it back to read the rest of the pages so Prayers good vibes and Bacon for all.

I would also like to thank everyone for all the kind words that I saw to my last post.

Welcome. Dues are payable in dole whips, bacon, beer, or cake. You mail them all to me, one for each DisDad, and then I mail them out to everyone. Trust me.

The Penguin King will be around shortly to give you a member number. A Disney wedding sounds like a great idea. DW and I Disneymooned there 14 years ago, and I would like to do a vow renewal ceremony there one year.

We still have a few weeks left. Our girls start back on 8\28. But I agree, summer is zooming by very quickly.

I still remember when school started after Labor Day and ended before Memorial Day. I like the Fall Break in October as it a low DVC point time and great weather. But, I can't figure out where all these extra days came from.

As soon as I finish cleaning up the trees I will start the journey down. It may take awhile though. Typically I get as far as Portland, Maine and then turn around or I get on a plane and just by-pass you entirely. Poor planning on my part I guess.

When it comes to free trips to WDW or highly paid, unqualified telecommuting assistant, there seems to be some consistent poor planning on your part.

DD got a Minnie Mouse "travel set", DS got an avengers play set, and DW got a mickey sweatshirt... I got an increased CC bill.


Though I will probably get a lot of mileage out of that Avengers play set.

Yeah, me too. DW and I both went to private schools and had far less days off. My DD's have a ton of in-service days. Every year we have Mon\Tue off for conferences so we try and go to WDW that week. Bc we got AP's this year, we'll have to go in October next year. We're trying to find a week where there's at least one day of school off.
