Just got back from the Nike Women's Half. The Cheetah set a new PR, unofficially at 2:06. Would post a couple of pics but Photobucket isn't cooperating. She found out yesterday that a HS friend who is now at Penn., got drafted into running today. They are out having a well deserved lunch. And I am about to take a well deserved nap.

Good morning guys. About half way through this long business trip. Was able to get in around of golf at Lake Buenavista Vista course (by Saratoga & DD). A bit behind but was able t scan through so for those heading to the world safe travels, happy bday to the kids, prayers to those that need and congrats. Are you already buying more DVC points? Yes, that is a standard clause about the current points status. After those specified time frames, then you just get the annual allotment of xxx amount of points.

It looks like they have been borrowing points from future UYs and then got stuck. Thus 13, would have to be used by Oct 1 2015. You couldn't bank them forward. If you don't use them, then you lose them. 13 points won't get you more than one night, so you would have to combine them with another contract, borrow points, or buy the one time usage points.

Then, they only have 12 remaining points in 2015 that could be used. Then, there are only 25 points left in 2016. Is this a 25 point contact? I didn't think we could get into our 2016 points yet. I'll go check.

At first, it sounded like some revenge thing from a jilted mistress being sued by his wife. California laws? But, there have been previous disrcrimination incidents that went to Court - some settled and some overturned. If he hasn't been saying these things, someone is really doing a number on him and using technology to do it.

My guess is that this is a 25 point contract, and as such, they are saying 25 points are available in 2016 and 25 points every year there after. Otherwise, there dates have to be wrong. Where it says points by 10/1, it really should be 9/30. Maybe if that had a January UY and it was 1/1? My 2016 contract is on my computer screen, but I don't think I can get into it and I have a Sept UY.

I just wonder how the NBA will handle all this. He is the owner of the team and bought them 20+ years ago. Can they just take away the team? Force him to sell it? Having him retain ownership or awaiting an outcome of a lengthy lawsuit is not fair to the players and fans.

Hello guys hope all is well. So I have 5 days of work until vacation and I leave for Cape Canaveral on the 6th. Man it can't get here soon enough there is hope that I will get to go to the world while in the cape.... Well I'm hoping we will see.

The good news is I am under a 1% chance of losing my job so I am hopeful it will work out in my favor. We also were able to get Anna and Elsa FP+ not that we needed to d it but Landon likes the meets and he likes the ladies. Well time to get the little one to sleep.
