Morning guys. DW and I had a rare afternoon to ourselves. Guess what we did ;). We turned on the music and.........spent three hours filling out more adoption grants :thumbsup2

We haven't gotten any so far so we will keep trying. Did everyone survive the "storm"? We got about 4" of snow, but nothing we couldn't deal with.

Good luck on the grants. Aren't grant applications fun?

Just started to snow here about 3 hours ago so not much yet. Forecast is for 30 to 60 centimeters or 1 to 2 feet for you in the South.

Tye Dye Cheese Cake anyone?

or maybe a minion cupcake?

or perhaps a good old fasion bacon cookbook. Seems like a good way to start off the morning to me.

New phones are always nice. However, I could see how it would be a bit of a pain seeing all the things that need replacing.

The only way I know how to battle them right is to try to plan another visit. At the moment I’m trying to convince the wife to go for the little ones first birthday. Of course he decided that he needed to be born around spring break so financially it’s a little harder than we would like. We will have to see.

We've got a trip booked for Beach Club at Spring Break and BWV Fall Break. We had some extra dvc points and decided to try BCV as we can never get in there in October. So, it's either a Disney trip or fix stuff around the house. I've chosen the extra Disney trip.

I stayed with the Windows Phone and most of my stuff transferred over to the new one except some videos I had downloaded. So, I transferred them from the computer this AM. My favorite still has to be the Jim Mora "Coors Light" playoffs post game press conference. You kidding me? :lmao: :rotfl: :lmao:

That sounds like a good time. We dont have DVC the rates we get for the military discount are pretty good so thats how we do it. One of these days we will be able to stay at a deluxe. We want to stay at BLT and Poly. However AKL is most likely the most affordable.

I have not used a Windows Phone I know a few people who have them and like them. I've got an Iphone. I like it they always just transfer over for me. That and I am used to it.

The Disney blues. Been singing those myself as well, especially with cold weather and snow on the ground.

Disney has been on the backburner for us, with everything going on, had the blues bad in October though. Seems hard to go every two year, but that's the way it goes. The way the winds blow we are lookig at a big trip again in August 2015.

When do they come to their new family?

What music were you listening to? I am guessing the soundtrack from Annie or Oliver...??

Your travel costs will always exceed mine. That makes a big difference.

We've used our DVC points to stay at BLT. That was the best so far. We own at Boardwalk, which is really nice. Hopefully, we'll get into Poly one day if they put a DVC resort there.

I have an iPad and PC. The PC is 8 years old now and I've been pondering a switch over to Apple for everything. But, with the phone unexpectedly dying, it was easy to just grab a go phone, switch Ph#, & keep moving. All my contacts switched over, but Windows doesn't have anything like iTunes. So, I had to download all my old Apps.

With what you are going through that sounds perfectly logical. I am only 6 hours driving away from the World so that makes it a little easier for me. The main issue is lodging and food/souvenirs.

That makes me green with envy that is my dream resort, castle view of course.

That makes sense to me. I have a Laptop and an iPad that is shared between the 2 of us one day I hope to have 2, 1 for each of us. That is a bummer they dont have an iTunes like program for the windows phones... Zunes used to have a program wonder why they didnt use something like that.

I dont completely understand DVC do you own at a place or just get the points?

Snow here is gone. Prayers for a successful grant application. At least you know you are doing them for something worthwhile.

or maybe a minion cupcake?....

If I asked SWMBO if she wanted a Minion Cupcake, I had better duck quick.

We should be in country late Feb/early March.

We were jamming to "A Rat Pack" Christmas. Nobody sings like Frank, Dino, and Sammy :thumbsup2

24 - 20 Booo-Yahhh!

Congrats!

Bills managed to keep screwing up their draft picks by beating Jacksonville.

I'd see if you were up for a Dole Whip on next week's game, but it would be easier to just concede now and save myself the aggravation. :sad2:

I stayed with the Windows Phone:

When they turned off our blackberry at work I switched to Windows Phone. I got the Nokia Lumia and really like it. No iTunes but the Nokia music app is good, and I can sync it up with my Xbox.

You looking at the last week again? That is probably the window we will hit depending on the school schedule. Doesn't look like a 2014 trip is going to be in the cards.
Maybe we can meet up this time instead of playing chase Brent around the world showcase.
