Plans are coming along nicely for the 13th Anniversary trip in August. Shirts arrived the other day. I had two different ones made up. DW and I have maroon shirts (to match the maroon of the Tower of Terror Cast Member costumes):

I also had some printed up for the kids:

The kids are stuck with white shirts, because I couldn't find a place that had maroon shirts in an 18 month size. Besides, it's Florida in August. i'm sure the kids would much rather be in white.

We will be there to see you achieve this monumental goal. And we will see you at the renaissance Faire on July 13

Good morning. It's a great day... it's Friday, and I'm only at work for about a half day and then heading to Sparta, KY to watch some cars go fast and drink some beer this weekend.

Good Friday morning! Gonna work (from home) for several hours and then its Staycation 2013 (aka - clean up the yard, house and complete the honey-do list). Hope everyone has a great day and weekend.

An hour wait? I usually tell my kids to go play loudly in front of the receptionist. Our wait times are short. Enjoy the iPad time.

I was just glad to finally get outta there. The doctor is good (only reason I keep going back), but the waits stinks. Looking at possible knee surgery to realign the knee cap and clean some "junk" outta there. Not to worry, join the thousands of others out there on the "other forums" and carry my whining and pitty party there.

Just got DS grades today. Honor roll for the third and final trimester. Meaning he was there from start to finish. He worked really hard this year and really deserves the honor.

And yes CJ......He gets that from his mother.

If my DD was going to be allowed to marry I would encourage her to elope. Even more $$ saved.

Thankfully mine will be off to the convent as soon as I can find one to take a non-Catholic.

You guys crack me up - sound like me several years ago. Not to rain on the parade too much, speaking from experience, but good luck with the no marriage / no guys thing. Will be looking forward to your stories in the coming years

I miss these parts. It was a pretty junky 2012 and a whirlwind of craziness (but good craziness) so far in 2013......Finally got time to relax and catch up on things.

Today was youngest dd's birthday. DQ ice cream cake for the 9 year old - mint choc chip.

In lieu of a big party, she had a big gift list. So, we had pizza and cake at home with grandparents, opened cards, and present. Her first big ticket item.

Her second big ticket item.

I spent the afternoon putting them both together. It was a lot of work. A big party may be easier next time.
