The rain has started here. It was a good weather day.

Just plan for ridiculous crowds on no-party nights. The last time we were there in October, everyone was there on the off nights to get a chance to see the parades and firework. It was so crowded that it wasn't all that enjoyable.

I wish you luck though. Hopefully it's not too bad.

We are trying a MK day again this year on a non-MNSSHP day. But, this year only had a party on Sunday night (going) and Thursday night of the week we are there. Hopefully, that will keep the crowds away.

I watched Superman Returns last night again. Really a pretty bad movie. I didn't realize until a few days ago when I watched the riginal 1978 movie that in Superman Returns when Supes comes back and saves the airplane and sets it down in the baseball stadium that he lifted a line from the 1978 film. "I hope this doesn't put any of you off flying. Statistically it's still the safest way to travel." I kinda liked that nod to Christopher Reeve. Thankfully the new one is not a sequel of Superman Returns, it's a reboot. Also, I agree with you on Batman Rises. Good not great.
.

Did you notice the LexCorp company name on the gas tanker truck?

Well, guys, I don't know how much I'll be able to check in the rest of the day since I have an interview this afternoon and then we leave for Hawaii at the butt crack of dawn tomorrow. By the way, I don't recomment doing last-minute interview prep and last-minute vacation prep at the same time. I'm terrified they're going to ask me about required clearances for power lines and I'm going to give them the allowable size for carry-on baggage.

In any case, have a great week(s). Try not to wreck the place while I'm gone.:thumbsup2

A great Hawaiin vacation followed by a promotion to pay for it. Great idea.

For Fathers Day, my DS pitched a full 7 inning game for an 8-3 victory yesterday. Great weather and now he has 2 of our teams 4 wins. Not great, but leading the way. After the game, we spent the afternoon on the golf course.

Now off to go see what I missed.

Congrats to DS.

A second thought is to send some to Norms mailbox. We'll catch whomever is stealing those dues.:lmao::lmao:

You know it's Stitch.

Just returned the boat and took down the campsite from our little weekend excursion on the canal. It was a unique and enjoyable experience. A few pics...
Haven't caught up with the forum and doubt that I will so happy birthdays, congratulations, or sympathies depending on the circumstances.

Looks like a fun vacation.

Yup. And the LexCorp sign on one of the skyscrapers. Also the Wayne Enterprises logo on a satellite. I'm not really that observant- I did some reading online before I saw it.

You really need to speak with WDW Entertinment, and setup a timetable for the Dave Zerf Meet and Greet. Maybe even work out some kind of fastpass program....

Anyone done the Agent P thing in Epcot? How long does that take? Touring Plans says 20 minutes and that sounds kinda thin.

Plan to do it in August. We did the Kim P. ones before the change and I want to say it was around 30 minutes for each. If it's similar, then I would plan around a half hour.

Evening guys....been a bit of a Beverly day. Connection issues again for a while last night and today, and we discovered one of our credit cards might have been compromised, as we were charged by somewhere we would NOT shop at. :headache: Will try to get further into it tomorrow, and figure out how to fix it.

Other then that things are cool, prepping for youngest DDs bday Wednesday, and plotting for August's trip.

Good evening gentlemen. Just wrapped up a busy day running around. the kids do not like being told their lazy day is suddenly changed into running around.

Dave and CJ, wonderful pics.

I cannot find my notes. Which dads are going to be at the World August 4-11, 2013? I know I planned to meet up with a couple dads and I thought I saved my posts. They're gone now so help me out and drop me a line.

Norm, I can't bring you in my suitcase. I want to, but its just not fair to my nemie and the Canadians I know.

You are one of my August trip dads, right?

Tonight we went to Blueclaw Stadium for the Celebrity Hitting Contest, a few names on the team you might recognize are, Doc Gooden, Jim Dowd & Pepper Johnson, along with some comedians, musicians, other sports players & radio personalities.

I wish I knew what it was before we went, we would have gotten there earlier to get some autographs, these were the tickets my son won from a radio station at last weeks gift auction:thumbsup2

I'll be there the 4th-14th, August 4th 7pm Bday party for my son Hunter at Captain Cooks, Dole whips all around, Be There:thumbsup2

Looks like I got the prediction wrong on the hockey. I must have seen the outcome of Game 4. :confused3

Great meet:thumbsup2, I'm a little confused, is Stewart a Dis Dad or a Dis Dads son:confused3, and if he is a son who's son is he:confused3

Stewart is the son of Paul, our illustrious UK DisDad. (lawsontour if I recall correctly). He's currently working at Epcot in the Rose & Crown.

Over on the Facebook group when Dads are at WDW we try to find him and take a picture to post back for Paul at home.
