Heard rumblings that they will have DVC in the Poly by 2017. Might take a stab at that one.

I'm on my I phone so multi quoting is hard but thanks everyone. It's been one heck of a few days!!! It's a very nice place. They wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Lol
Tomorrow at eleven they have a two hour meeting. Thursday is traditions and gets her blue I'd card. Blue card gets her into the parks for free.
We picked them up at casting on Monday and briana said I'm now an official employee of the walt disney co.
Took the bus to Walmart today with some friends. She didn't get much.
Hanging with a friend that she danced with in college. He works in the mk.
Seems to be having some fun.

That is the rumor. I think BLT was a big success and I imagine GF will be as well. They are introducing a new fixed week option, in addition to the point charts. How fast is sells out will dictate when they start building Poly DVC.

Glad the little guy is OK

...Had a really rough trip up here yesterday. The kid could not get out of bed until I told her I have had it and will leave her behind. Pouring rain from North Dade to Ft. Pierce. So much for renting a convertible. Took forever to get up here.

Despite the bumps, I'm fully enjoying myself. I'll try to post some pics tonight.

Glad you are in and enjoy yourself. I remember (vaguely) coming home from college and the first week or two was a major readjustment. Hope the Pirate Princess Pirate gets her sea legs back.

...So I was cruising along US 17 (Roosevelt Blvd here in Jacksonville, FL) and was stopped at an intersection that has a train crossing for the North-South CSX line that runs parallel to US17.

The lights are flashing indicating an oncoming train....well, some moron pulls around the control arms (in an obvious hurry) and loses the race across with the Southbound Amtrak Silver Bullet.

Sounded like a bomb going off when the train hit even though the engineer locked up the brakes.

Lunch for Mikey was a little late....

But, it is a mind numbing government funded job with no hopes of promotion. That time helps me maintain what little sanity I have left.

Good morning guys and here's to good day for all.

My Blackhawks have dug themselves a bit of a hole, and has to be against Detroit. They need to pick themselves up and win Thursday night or the curse of the Presidents Cup / best regular season record is gonna continue. Not allowing the goal that would have made last nights game 2-2 in the 3rd was a bad call as the goalie was not touched. If they are gonna disallow goals for guys who have been pushed into the crease or have a skate in the blue, half the goals in the playoffs would be disallowed.

LETS GO HAWKS

Always had a soft spot for the Hawks. They shared a AHL farm team with the Maple Leafs in my hometown back in the early 80s. Still remember the night they won the Calder Cup. Watched guys like Steve Larmer, Daryl Sutter and Steve Ludzik get their starts.

Just getting settled back in after an unexpected 3 day weekend. Was getting ready for work yesterday morning when my 13 month old tripped on a dining room chair. He used his face to break his fall, which is never a good idea. Blood all over, and I couldn't tell if it was his chin, a tooth, tongue, etc. To make matters worse, he was eating a raspberry at the time so I couldn't tell if the stuff in his mouth was chewed raspberry or a bloody, mangled tongue. Luckily it was just berry and the only blood source was a gash on his chin. DW took him to the ER while I got the other kids off to school. I met them at the hospital, only to find that they were still in the waiting room because the place was full. After over two hours of waiting, he got his stitches and we were on our way. I didn't want to send him to daycare, so I stayed home with him. A three hour nap around lunch time, and he was back to his normal, daredevil self.

Been there, done that. Glad he's ok and chicks dig scars.

DD explained how tornado's are formed, why they are so prevalent in that are and some discussion on how to predict and warn people. With the tragedies the last few days she really did a great job presenting with knowledge and compassion. Proud of her.



Prayers to those effected by the recent tornado's.
