Morning guys. Prayers appreciated, I have a customer who is on the war path and wants my head on a platter. She is making my life an absolute he-double hockey stick right now.
Her company does hardly anything with us, yet she causes more tension than my largest customers. All customers are important, but I wish I could drop them.![]()
Sorry about that - hopefully you can end up dropping 'em if the volume is not worth the resource drain and stress levels. Hit her with a price increase due to "unwanted and unnecessary whining about absolutely nothing important"
