Good Morning Guys! It's Thursday, which is actually my Friday since I will not be coming into work tomorrow. I told the CEO I am taking at least one day off each week until my review is done (a month late already). He laughed and said whatever, just don't forget my reports.. I was originally joking, but now I'm wondering if I should actually give it a shot.

Almost done with my son's new playroom, it's only 8.5ft x 10ft with double closet next to the living room but all is stuff is taking over the house, today I laid down the fake hardwood floor, a little trim work and hang a ton of shelves for all his lego stuff and I should be able to see my living room again

Nice Job! We built a playroom in the basement and always sent the kids down there to play. Now we are starting the plans to make it more of a family room since they are older and have a lot less toys.

Lately DS has been proving why cardboard blocks are one of the greatest toys of all time. Yesterday he asks if we can build an Imperial Walker. He did most of the work on the walker. Then I'm talking with my dad as we are wrapping up. He suggested I bring out my Star Wars Guide to Vehicles and Vessels so he could see what he was trying to build. That opened Pandora's Box. We built at least a dozen different things from that book. When DS and DD got involved you could see the brain smoke pouring out of their ears. That explains why I wasn't on much yesterday.

My DS will build with just about anything he can find. The other day he was using marshmallows and created some pretty cool structures. DD is now into drawing and doing a great. FYI - If you go onto the lego site, you can print any of the directions they have ever created for free. We have so many Legos, no need to buy more and we just go up online and choose new things to build all the time.

Before I go can I ask for some prayers for a friend of mine And a fellow Diser and for steady hands of the doctor. She had a seizure or something(they never really said what it was) sat at the baseball fields. Mon Morning they found a mass on her brain.Today in about an hr she will be having surgery to to remove the tumor.

Found me a new car today.

So, FIL bought himself a new car - a 2004 Corvette with 26,000 miles and parked it in front of my driveway for me to find. I did get to test drive it though. It was nice and had a lot of HP, but I think I would still prefer to own a truck. Now, if anyone wants to buy me an early Christmas present, then I will happily accept it.

We have those pajamas. (My daughter, not me)
