I would rate it as C- at best.
I bought WDW park tickets thru AAA ( saved about $40 each) and they also had an added benefit of $15 off per $100 Disney GC to use on DiningDollars com. I bought my park tickets before years end 2025 for my upcoming 1/19/26 departure to WDW. On 1/9/26 I got around to purchasing the Disney GC's online thru DiningDollars. According to online info, I needed 72 hrs for receipt. Well, I didn't get anything by Friday 1/16, so I gave my sister a $100 GC for her purchase since I had a lot of GC's at home anyway. That way she got her benefit and I would just save them once I got home.
I actually forgot about the entire thing until I was going thru emails ( to delete) and noticed the original AAA email w/ the link and realized I NEVER received anything from DiningDollars after 1/9/ I went back to my Chase Visa Jan statement and DiningDollars had charged me on 1/10. And NOTHING for me to show for it! I went online and when I'm trying to CLICK on their customer support link I get nothing! The next morning, I called the phone # I found and it was answered by " may I help you"?. Interesting that they did not even identify themselves as working for DD. I verified all my info and was told " ok, I'll send this to the team within the hour" I asked "what was the initial problem". I was told " we needed to verify this info".
UNBELIEVABLE, they charged me and never sent me another email conforming that they needed any verification!
Thankfully, I did get my GC's via email later that day and have now transferred balances to another GC I already had.
But I will not ever do a transaction with DD again!
