Pretty prevalent east of I-75

A win is a win. Hope tonight is another for the W column.

Darcy! Darcy! He's our Man! If He can't do it no one can!

Yeah, a keeper can't be expected to stop PKs - maybe lucky enough to stop or influence one in a shoot out.

I'm the same way. I sleep thru storms and everything.

I heard ya. Glad you made it home safely.

Unfortunately another 2-1 loss and wouldn't you know it, their keeper stopped a PK and the rebound.

Good morning gentlemen. :coffee:

Been digging around my computer files for the last few hours, found my photos from our trip in 2007 when we did the Pirate and Princess Nights at WDW. Damn I look like a child compared to how I look now, about 30-40 pounds lighter. But damn I look good in that pirate outfit, even CMs were giving me second glances to make sure I wasn't one of them!

The pirate light sabre is an excellent touch!
:thumbsup2

I am working on our family t-shirts for our upcoming trip and I was wanting to see which of these you all would choose. I am leaning towards choice 2 or 3, but I wanted to see what others thought.

Choice 1

Choice 2

Choice 3

I like #3

Excellent job...:thumbsup2

Mark - congratulations on the new little tax deduction!

I remember back when Bambi was pregnant with #3 how you told us that the world was build for families of 4, and going to a family of 5 was going to be a tough transition. Well brother, good luck with 6. :thumbsup2

And if you're wondering if we'll be trying to keep up - no. Got the appointment set up with Dr. Snippy for the Friday we get back from Disney World. So as much as coming home from most Disney vacations is like a kick in the giblets, well, fill in your own punchline here.

You should be ok, Barry. Just don't plan any trips to Hawaii...

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

When she found out she was pregnant, I think she called to make 2 appointments.

Thanks Rob!

Brave? That would imply that we planned this somehow. "Foolish" is probably a better word.

Late to the party as usual, but CONGRATULATIONS Mark!

If you see Grown Ups 2, there is a pretty funny few minutes at the end I think you'll enjoy. Of course with all the juvenile male humor in the movie, my stomach hurt from laughing. Didn't get good cinema scores, but I thought it was funnier than the first one.

Morning guys!

Congrats on the last post! Wednesday lunch?

Disney vacation booking ownage.

Just booked a stay at the Boardwalk in April 2014. Randall, will you please add me to the list for April 5-11? I'll do Spring Break at WDW, as long as it is not in the busy Easter season.

I'm going to call at the 7 month window and try to get a Beach Club/ Grand Floridean split stay.

Nicely done!:thumbsup2

Good afternoon all. It is turning nice after another 1/4" of rain this AM. We have had measurable rain every day but 3 this month and 14 days of rain last month. Great weather for growing grass and rice, neither of which I want to grow.

Congrats on getting a ticker!

:rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao: I did notice my grass looks green and full this year.:rotfl2::rotfl2: Hope the weather turns and conditions improve.

Happy Saturday all. Artsfest in State College today and some pints with good friends. Oh, and wek booked our Aug 2014 trip! Kind of excited. Randall add us to the list for Aug 16-23.

Cheers,
Indy

Congrats on the booking! We may try to bounce back next August when we are there. Maybe we'll be there at the same time next year.

Just booked my Marathon trip flights. Great deals on Southwest right now!

I'll have to take a look at the rates this week. I think I still have enough points to book. Where are you staying? I'm trying to figure if it is me solo or if a family member will be attending. Said family member not determined yet either.

Congrats Mark! I have a feeling my DW will be trying to schedule an appointment for me soon. We will be done after this 3rd one comes!

Have been "scheduling" the appointment for 2 years now. I guess I should just go ahead soon since we don't plan on any more.

I've had a side job a few years pulling in an extra 5K per year. It was nice having the extra income, but all we did was spend more. DW has been more willing to follow the budget, but there are still overages, which kinda defeats the purpose of the budget. Part of me wants to bring in that extra pay, but the other part fears we wouldn't have anything to show for it.

I have a couple of side jobs that get me about $4K extra per year. Unfortunately it has all gone to the kids sports the last few years.

Morning Guys.

Beautiful day here again but it is going to be hot! Soccer game for DS this afternoon and one for me tonight. At the office for a bit tomorrow and then it will be time to play the "Let's pack without DS noticing" game. Luckily he has another game tomorrow night so that will help a bit.

We did that and even got the luggage in the car, under blankets. They never suspected anything. Of course they have trust issues now:lmao::lmao:, but all all for the cause, right?

Disney has a home kit

Choice 3

(3) would be my choice. Good luck deciding!

:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

7 - 2 win for DS. Poor guy was still a bit bummed because he let in both goals, one on a penalty kick. Everytime he plays keeper that give up a penalty kick. I told him no one expects you to stop those and you have guessed right each time, just can't quite get to it in time.

Now we'll have to see if we can win one tonight for a change. Maybe the other team will all fall over in the hot, humid day.

Congrats to Declan!

Children are always a blessing. But that being said I am so thrilled that the Carroll family baby-shop is permanently out of business!

Evening, all. Checking in from lovely Erie, PA. Here on business all week. The kicker is that my AC went out of my car on the ride up, and it's to be the hottest week of the summer. Win for me!

Cheers,
Indy

Erie is a great town! I grew up east of there in NY but trips to Erie were routine for school shopping to save on the taxes. If you get a chance check out Pulakos chocolates and the Erie Maritime Museum.

Good morning. Up with DS this morning. He has a tummy ache, but hopefully it won't be anything bad. I think he just needs to take a dump, but convincing a 3 year old isn't exactly easy...

DD was like that but when she wasn't feeling well as a toddler she got to eat the giant raisins (prunes) as a special treat.

Still likes them even.

...
Last day of Staycation I, it's my day off for the week. ...

Enjoy the staycation.

As far as we are concerned summer is over and we are preparing Fall crops now. Almost as bad as when I worked retail but not quite.

...Have been "scheduling" the appointment for 2 years now. I guess I should just go ahead soon since we don't plan on any more...

Just put it off for a few more years and it won't matter if your life is anything like mine. :sad2:

We did that and even got the luggage in the car, under blankets. They never suspected anything.

Well done!

That would be the Princess in Oz. She's sort of an honorary Dad.

Good morning gents. Woke up this morning feeling like crap. Nothing major, just achy, feeling cold and no appetite.

Last night we spotted a rabbit out in the front yard grazing on the jungle out there. Turns out she had some babies with her too. What is a DISDad to do when the bunny is grazing but the kids are watching? Get the DSLR camera and practice with the zoom lenses. I'm going to the hardware store later and get some repellent.

Have been "scheduling" the appointment for 2 years now. I guess I should just go ahead soon since we don't plan on any more.
Wednesday afternoon right before the start of the NCAA basketball tournament.

Anyone else going in January?

Jan 9-12 for me.

Mark - congratulations on the new little tax deduction!

So it's for after vacation? There is still that chance of a little Disney magic.....;):lmao:pixiedust:

Thanks! Maybe we can sell a couple of kids at the next community yard sale.

Well, that's one way to end a vacation, I guess. :headache:

Late to the party as usual, but CONGRATULATIONS Mark!

Thank you!

I have a feeling we'll be taking steps along those lines.:sad2:
