Up till tonight, today was really warm, freakish warm front. Going back to normal now though.

Tomorrow is the bronchosopy, sticking a camera down my throat. Nothing really major, but think I'll take tomorrow off nonetheless, throat is already raspy lately. Time to start fasting, so going to crash.

But, the other side to that is if the resale market bottoms out, will the direct contracts still be as valuable? Then if people decide to hold out and not buy direct and demand a lower purchasing point ...

It's really all a speculation. I like my DVC, but it is becoming more work.
