Update on DW: I will keep this short since focus should be on everyone in the East being safe.
We sit waiting to hear if DW will have a job after last week. She was placed on leave thurs pending an investigation of all the allegations leveled against her and will find out sometime after Tuesday if she has a job. So we wait, DW is already got 1 interview down and around 4 Tuesday, goal is to have a job lines up when we leave for Disney in 9 days.
If there is any Pixie Dust left after the hurricane please send us some.

Prayers for a positive conclusion to this mess. Work is fine, it is the people you have to work with that make life difficult.

Almost finalized the details for WDW trip in March. Tracker is up Ex has cleared the weekend so DS can come with and DVC room booked. Now just need to sit back and wait, thank goodness I have a week in the world next week.

Morning Dads. I hope that everyone that was in the storms path is still safe and that power is not out too long.

We hope so. It turned from a relaxing no plans to a Schedule having to be printed to remember all the ADR and special events. It will be a fast paced vacation next week.

It's funny ho that can happen. We keep saying we are just going to to take a chill trip to Disney, but I haven't figured out how to yet. I think its that Disney is the perfect vacation for the hyperactive little kid inside of me.

You bring up a good point; The easy solution would be to go watch TV in another room. But, then I'd be conceding the TV room. I think it's important for me to keep as strong a grip on this room as possible. DW and the kids have taken over all the other rooms, even my office...

Keep as strong grip as you can. I've had to concede everything but a small part of our garage and my car.

Made it though the night, still have power and water in the basement.

Ron is still out of power, it came on, then went off. He tried to go to work and only got half way down the street when a cop told him "No work today!"

Dave is still without power, and he lost half of his roof about 11 last night. He started his claim at 3:30 this morning. He need supplies to cover the open area, but can't get out because of the down trees and power lines.

I haven't heard from Carl, he was out of power last I heard.

I would be sitting outside in the middle of the hurricane if she were into those shows. It's mostly prime time shows; Revenge is on now.

My DW is into a whole lot of the network dramas as well…
I spend a lot of time in other rooms of the house most evenings.

Just in from work. Still on call until tomorrow morning...during my down time between cases I have tried to check in on Dads within the storms path...Dave is without power, Ron is without power but both are fine....Harbesons still had power last I heard and Doc was headed to work...Hope everyones is safe and dry!! The rain has been non stop here!!! I saw animals lined up two by two earlier this evening.....

The loosing power bit of the equation is a bunch of Beverly, but at least their doing well.

Hope she does get something lined up, I don't think I would enjoy working there anymore. I had several bad experiences at my old job, and I left them hi and dry at the first opportunity. Just keep swimming!
