I second Norm's complaint. Can we talk to your supervisor? Oh, and I stubbed my toe walking along the Boardwalk a few years ago. I want a free 14 day cruise, 400 more DVC points and a month in the Cinderella Castle Suite.

OK, amend my complaint to the cruise, 400 more DVC points for me and a month in the Castle Suite for Make a Wish or Give Kids the World families. There are recurring trauma episodes when I go out on my deck and walk on the wood planking. I think totally justified demands.
