I havent been to MK in many years so Im up for one voyage in IASW, well I guess im up for atleast one ride per ride, also I know im brand new to the DisDads but when do you get a number?

Don the great and powerful will assign.

:lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:

. I missed where you joined up sir, so…

:welcome:

Now then, I’m with most of the others. If she knows what the ride does,
has seen a POV or two on YouTube, and still wants to do it… let her try.

I have also seen scaled down versions of “elevator drop” type rides for
younger kids that will lift them up and randomly drop a few feet, then raise
‘em up again and drop a few more. If you run across one of those contraptions
in an arcade or **gasp** a Chuck-E-Cheese, you could let her try it out for size.
Just seeing such might change her mind

…or set the goal in concrete.

thank you for the welcome, im glad theres a place to get dad advice on WDW, this being her first trip, I pretty much want to let her do what she wants (easy on the wallet) this trip will def be interesting.

And as a loving and loyal fan of Stitch (despite my avatar), your DD can never have enough stitch toys, which are plentiful in tomorrowland

:lmao: :lmao: :rotfl2:

I don’t know what they’re offering to get you to do it,
But I suspect that are certainly folks that would pay to see it.

You gave me a great idea.

Norm, sign with me as your promoter and we can make big bucks. Golden Oaks for both of us.

Come one and all, see the man in the Alice dress risk life and limb as he ties raw meat to his body and wrestles with the alligators.

Maybe a pay per-view event.

whats the chances on getting DisDad 1000? and the chances of getting a giant check for 1000 for being the 1000 DisDad? a guy can always dream

About as likely as getting Norm in an Alice dress. But someone will give you bacon.

after that pitch, im going to get some Stitch items, my DD not so much, right now if its not MM or LM, shes not interested. haha ohh and Doc Mcstuffins, that lil doc is going to cost me big time when holidays roll around

I'll do the contracts. CJ 20% to you and 15% to me and 60% to norm's wife, sound right?

I think every dad on here could have platinum status with the Disney store, if such status existed.

Emma's Dad will be along to give you a number eventually. I like IASW

Im pretty sure I owe my dues of bacon and a few other things to GoofyIsAsGoofyDoes when we do a MeetUp at MNSSHP in Oct. haha

Just remember, if they offer to pick up the check, well forget it. That won't happen.

I believe that you’ll end up being number 712, but Don will sort that out officially once he gets a chance.

As for the possibility of receiving a check of any kind form this group…

About as likely as getting Norm in an Alice dress.

That about some it up right there.

Steve, I am not sure it is a good idea to have Rob "fix" you. I would rather wear an Alice dress and wrestle alligators.

I’m not certain as to the exact nature of the slight I’m taking here…

But I likely deserved it.

Man I wish I was heading down to WDW in October, but it’s not to be this time around.
October is a mightily busy month in our house and I certainly can’t pull my boy out of school during that time frame.

But it’s a near perfect time to be down there so I hope y’all have a wonderful time.

ya I think he meant AirGoofy (that's norm, moose).

Ahhhh… now that makes more sense.
But I still hope y’all have a great time down there in the fall.

Oh and if you think of it… take a picture of Norm while he’s got on that “Alice Dress” so you can post it back here.

No slight intended. You "fixed" Steve. Steve thanked you for "fixing" him. I commented that I would rather not have you "fix" me. I am sure you did a good job "fixing" Steve but I would rather pass on you "fixing" me.

IASW is one of those rides that is a right of passage. Since I've already done it I've informed my MIL, who is going with, that she's taking the kids on it.
