DIS Dads DDC XVIII - Spring Fever!

Let's see!! I wanna see! And why didn't you call or email me when you came to the city of brotherly love??

what a mess that day. we got into wills ok, no traffic. tammy went to get her mri and they had her blood work messed up. after that, we went down to the diner for breakfast. went back to see dr. #1 got in and out went to dr. #2 and there we sat. we got out of the city at 4pm. all good news!!! we are going back down in september. ill pm you my cell number before then.

i have to say, over the years, with my mom,dad,brother,sister and brother-in-law, ive spent alot of time in hospitals. these guys are great!! when tammy had her surgery, they couldnt do enough for her or me. even the old guys down in the lobby. after three days, those guys knew more about me than i did. couldnt have done it with them, even though they were eagle fans!

Hey guys,

Scanning through the last postings. I know I missed a few birthdays and a couple of people on trips. Norm and Scott, you look like you are having a good time.

Sitting in the lobby of the W hotel sipping expensive cocktails. DD is upstairs doing homework. Really crummy weather in NY today. Rain and misting. Plus I froze my behind off today.

Did a little exploring near Union Square. They have a great bookstore there and she needed to get a book for her homework. At her insistence we saw a Matinee of Avenue Q. Pretty funny. Then a nice dinner.

If I could stretch that pace over 13.1 miles I would have beaten Crash!

Congrats on a new personal best. What race was it? Is that a challenge? I will let her know you want to take her on. Stopher wimped out to take her on in the Barry/Tim smack down.

She narrowed it down to schools near NY and the state schools in Florida. Penn. State recruited her but it didn't interest her. If she does go up here, I imagine many visits. Tri-state meets sound good. Haven't gone to Philly in a while and love the city. Too bad Temple isn't in the Big East. Could see heated dads/daughters rivalries.

Lol!! We have several disdads in this region!! So when you come back to see your Pirate Princess.. You will have no excuse why you couldn't come do a disdads meet! (we have bars with big televisions and chicken wings) or you could get your Princess interested in Temple so our kids would have instant acquaintances!

thats a cool website. ive been on there for a while. check out the behind the scenes section. they show you how the haunted mansion ghost in the doombuggie scene worked, car. of prog., pirates. pretty cool.

family night here at home. With my work schedule, we don't get a lot of those. We watched The Muppets. I enjoyed it. DW was crying during most of it. I got chills when they did the opening number from the original show.
