Not too bad for something that looked like this about a month ago.



I've found 2 or 3 things that I need to take it back and have adjusted. The hood and the fender are just a little bit out of line, but for the most part it looks good. Once the new suspension parts went on, the alignment was fine and I got it up to about 85 on the way home to make sure there wasn't a lot of wind noise coming in the door. Happy to have it back.

I can only imagine how much it cost! Sheesh. Glad they finally got it all done... and hope you have many more years of non-bus-interrupted driving!

If you see the truck in the background of that bottom picture... it cost about 5 of those to fix it.

Coincidentally, I took that truck in the background in to have some work done on it when I picked the new one up... The hood needed painted and there was some damage on the rocker panels on the bed that needed fixed. I'm honestly just as excited about having that thing fixed as I was about this one. I've had that truck since I got my license, so we go way back.

Can't do them my son says CRT is too girly and CP is for babies He is almost 7 going on 35 The only Character Meal he likes is 1900 Park Fare with the Mad Hatter (he thinks he's cool)

If they ever do say a Pirate, Toy Story, Star Wars, Monsters, Muppets Character Meal he would want to go to them all, they are really lacking boy themes

Yeah, that lack of boy theming gets a lot of folks. In a few years, he may want to go to CRT. I still enjoy it.

Just hived a bee swarm! Will pick them up at dark and give it a week to see if they take. Free bees are great.

Catching up...

Have a great trip. I have been busy planning our staycation next week. I am going to take them to see the Avengers, Evansville zoo, Louisville zoo, a stop to my parents, and then a did dad meet. It is not as fun as a WDW trip, but it is what I have at the moment.

For NOT being WDW, that ain't so bad.

Just came back from AAA, booked a 2nd WDW trip for Nov 4-10 Tonight I have to do ALL the ADR's and other events (I'm under the 180 mark so every minute counts) , Now I got the full plate planning 2 trips back to back

Hi All! Been a while.

Not going to try to catch up as I'm way far behind here, but I'll just jump in.

FIrst of all I've been run ragged lately with work and all of the NATO preparations being done here in Chicago. I'm guessing that this will all blow over with event, but I think we're ready for the Zombie Invasion if it does happen.

On a more positive note, I finally got my CFP results on Monday and I PASSED!!!! Woo Hoo!!! Now I just have to prove I'm a college graduate (they even recognize my Canadian degree) and I have "appropriate" work experience then I can add 3 more letters to my business cards.

I was waiting for my wife to find out if she could get off, BUT she was afraid to ask, So it was time for my back up plan

This is the way I figure it, it was maybe a 50/50 shot of going the longer you wait the less the chance, so I booked it turned the odds into a 95/5 in my favor, once things are booked it's a lot harder to say no, so this is what I got her for Mother's Day Failure is not a option so I can't leave much of a choice, I guess that's why I'm known as the guy who makes things happen

better to ask forgiveness than ask for permission.

Really busy this week, as we go into the long weekend "Unoffical start to summer". Next two loads are huge, a lot of work ahead, plus running a lot of the shifts for it.

The guy I've had the serious issues with had a talking to Monday, but it was after I had left for the day. There was apparently more "incidents" Saturday. He's apparently booked off till Friday Really though, nothing was REALLY done. Useless Assistant Manager's last day is May 28, so less then two weeks, and he's gone. Still a lot of issues that look to have another month or two to go before being resolved. Things will be stressfull this week and relax a bit after that.
Best thing though, is thanks to the long weekend, I only work 3 days next week! Off Sunday, Monday, have a tasting/mixology session to attend (still get paid!) on Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday, work Saturday night! All and all, a decent week. Still, it'd be nice to see some progress in fixing the issues.

- I like Dis Stock but not right now, IMO I think it will be a lot cheaper around Jan or Feb, but that would go for any stock

Those of you who will be in disney between June 1st to June 9th, I would like to set up a Disdad's meet. We have rented the premium cabana at the poly on the 7th! We are planning a quiet dinner at the cabana around 6p but the rest of the night is wide open. So you guys can come and watch the electric water parade and wishes on the poly beach. Going to be free soda and water and I will have a rather large bottle of libations. If the live feed is working we can even set up an event to say hello to those who werent fortunate enough to make it on your trip! PM me if you plan on attending!

I think a Pixar meal would be a hit, so would Pirates because the ladies love the Pirates movies as much as the boys do. We'd go to both of those.

There are times that I enjoy it. Mostly when I am working with the bees and the plants. Not so much the budgets, politics, and people. When it gets too bad though I just remind myself I could have been a proctologist.
