Morning, everyone. (Not sure if it will be a good one or not until I have had at least a cup of coffee.) Managed to finish mowing the lawn yesterday, but I still need to go back and cut it again - the mower barely made it through on the highest setting, and parts of the yard look like I have been growing wheat or something.

Got about half of the bedroom painted - DD kept wanting to "help", and while she meant well, handing her a brush and some paint would be a Bad Idea. Should finish that up today, however.

@Matt - good to hear Sam did not get you in trouble. He's tried to talk me into mischief as well, but so far I haven't listened to him.

When I hang out with Sam Adams, I just wind up sleepy.

My good Buddy-weiser makes me think it's a good idea to challenge people to fights or post what I *actually* think about coworkers to facebook.

But mostly, I'm being that annoying guy that's posting just to see I am into the teens on my countdown to Arts & Animation!

seems like Sam Adams is a friend of a few of us. Sometimes he like to stir the pot and get us in trouble.

But not nearly as much trouble as his friends Johnny Walker, Jim Beam, and of course Old Grandad.

You sound way to busy. I have yet to replace my weed eater string and will be bailing some hay soon in some places.

Not annoying. If anyone was jealous of other's pending Disney vacations, the Disboards probably isn't a good place to visit.

No, not weird at all. I don't use a guard and shave it down every month or so. I have a rather noticable bald spot up top, and to me, it just looks better shaved. Hair isn't thick enough anymore to protect my head.

At Disney I started to use suncreen on my head, because it got too hot with the hat sometimes. Usually spray it into my hand and apply it that way, making sure to get the ears. Can go all day without hat, no probs.

The 1 guard is for my winter cut and no guard is summer. I could probably run thru mine every two weeks, but that is a lot of effort.

Thanks Dave. I have to admit I was livid last night, and thankfully I did not let my buddy Sam Addams convince me to email everyone last night. Im thinking I will use the calm and collected method rather than the righteous anger approach.

We (ok, my MiL while I'm at work) have been painting our dining room. The color is a tan with white trim. Anyway, DS stands on a box of diapers right next to the gate in the doorway watching her paint, and really wants to be there helping. She was cleaning up the other day and left the gate open. He got a hold of one of her trim brushes and started painting the tan wall white. He was pretty proud of himself and I have to say he didn't do a bad job for a 2 year old.

A big shout out to Andy, Tim, and Steve. With your posts about refinancing, I contacted my bank. They had some type of abbreviated refinance (Andy, they didn't use the term conversion) where they don't actually do a home appraisal but a comparison of recent sales and then all the other stuff - title check, credit scores, etc. It is $199 closing cost. Bottom line is that I get a lower fixed interest rate and for the same house payment, will have the house paid off in 10 years as opposed to 11. Even better, there are Republic Banks in Florida for my big retirement move one of these days.

So, Andy, Tim, and Steve, I will buy you each a beer whenever we meet up at WDW, assuming everything goes through. Thanks.

The AC people are coming back today to fix the leak that is under the house for due to the way the installed the new unit...do you think their insurance covers the damage??? I hate dealing with stuff like this!!
