OK, it is officially official.

We are going to DW from 8/17-8/25 and staying at the Swan.

Congrats on the vacation and the location - that area is terrific. Have a great trip.

Can't give you a answer, but I agree with Dave, I only buy USA based company cars

Which ones are those? Toyota manufactures in US while Ford has parts manufactured in Canada and GM manufactures in Mexico.

Well I think it's safe to say, we would be the only one's that could have a drink in multiple states

Day 4 of staycation. What to do today?

To recap the week, saw the Avengers, went to the zoo, ice cream and spray park (along with soccer, softball, and dance). It was hard to sit and watch youngest dd at dentist yesterday get a filling. I wanted to turn into the Hulk and smash the place for hurting my baby. This morning we have another dance class and then a free day. We have s'Mores for tonight so just need to figure out today.

One month from today I will be waking up at the Royal Kona Resort in Kona, Hawaii. Just booked our Helicopter tour of the volcanos and waterfalls of the Big Island. The trip is officially paid for except the rental car and incidentals. Starting to get really excited. Diving with Manta Rays at Kona and looking at pretty fishes is one month from tomorrow.

The trip is officially paid for except the rental car and incidentals. Starting to get really excited. Diving with Manta Rays at Kona and looking at pretty fishes is one month from tomorrow.

Man, that sounds awesome. Can't wait to see the pictures/report.

I know Magna well. Back in 2005-2008 I spent a great deal of time with them and with Ford. OldCastle is where Ford had a supplier who was working on the convertible tops for the re-designed Mustangs.

I had a softball game last night. The park is set up kind of like a 4 leaf clover with 4 ball fields and the parking runs along the outfield. Obviously, everybody parks as far back from the fences as possible. One of the guys on the other team blasted a shot out of left center just as one of the parks department trucks was driving by and tagged the side of the bed. It basically caved in the sheet metal between the rear wheel well and the tail lights. I was impressed.

I was just thinking about that game a couple of days ago... still haven't managed to dig it out again though. I'm not sure when the last time was that I even turned the Wii on.
