So its time to come clean and tell the truth. I've gained 5.4 pounds in the past month. It all started with my work trip to Tannersville, and the weight snuck up on me. I had pretty much gained it by the time I came back from Tannersville and haven't lost it yet. I have been eating healthy until I come home at night and then I have been eating junk, stress eating. I need to cut that out and increase the exercise again. I know I can do this. I really wish I could walk or run outside but the trail I normally would use is covered in ice and I am a klutz. I can't wait for spring. I need accountability or something to prevent myself from eating at night, any ideas??![]()

Just hang in there, Becky! This is a tough time! I've kind of bounced around myself. I gain a couple of pounds, I lose a couple of pounds. I can't wait for spring so that I can get outside and do my exercising!
