We have an appt at 9:30am tomorrow to Euthanize my kitty, Jitters. I am a wreck. I got him 16 years ago when I was in Graduate school. I've never loved a cat like this. He has Feline AIDS, is down to 4 or 5 pounds, isn't eating well, is having potty accidents, and walks very gingerly. He just doesn't seem happy. I know it's the right thing to do, but I have been crying non-stop.
I need some help on how to tell the kids. They adore Jitters. I want to make sure they are ok too. I am bringing him home to bury him in the backyard under the bird feeder, and we'll have a funeral.
Our school (or college) never gave out diplomas at graduation...always a piece of paper stating it will be mailed. There are always some seniors that seemed to be waiting for test results to come in from the state, or some teachers never competed their grading in time, so they quit giving them out.
Janet, the floors, walls, furniture and lights look amazing!

My mom's surgery is June 17. I am working on getting the last few details in place so I can go up there from June 19-23.
Really glad your okay Tammi. Bob is a keeper. In Fairfax, where I work, the storms were horrible. There was a tornado that touched down up in the Tysons/Rt.7 area. My presentation was at 7 and I had only about a 1/3 of the people show up. Power was out all over the place, trees and lines down everywhere. Bob was here with the kids. The power flickered a few times but wasn't out for more than a few minutes. I stayed on the interstate coming home because trees/lines/signals were down all over the place.
Loved Molly new pictures! Glad she was still able to have her picnic. Alyssa's beach party was canceled even though it was sunny all day. I just it was too wet out from all the rain last night. They've rescheduled it for Tuesday. Nicholas is supposed to have a field trip to Caledon tomorrow, which is like a nature reserve/bald eagle habitat, and I have no idea if they will go or not.
Terry Happy Birthday to your ds!
