There are front loading washers at DVC? Is this in the 1 and 2 Bedrooms or in the resorts laundry rooms? (If they are front loading then I've been getting the wrong samples! :faint: )

I have no idea actually. That was why I asked. I thought I read or saw pictures somewhere that they stacked so I thought they may be front loading.

The sun is finally shining, but the kids are napping, so I've been uploading pictures while doing laundry.

Here's Alyssa's ballet recital:

In our one bedroom, ours definitely weren't stacked. I'm pretty sure the washer was a top loading model.

Easily entertained:

The party was over a week ago, but I don't think Kevin has yet to recover from his many climbs up this slide at Pump It Up:

And that's May! Maybe I'll get to June while we're still in June. ;) :teeth:

Very funny Elizabeth. :teeth:

Heidi, I get bit all the time, too. It's because we're so sweet. ;)

Our Disney Store is going to close in 4-7 days at this point, since they have all their merchandise out. I also found out why the percentages haven't increased much. Instead of lowering prices, they sent all the stuff out that wasn't selling to other closing stores. Our store has NO clothing at this point...my former student said they literally packed up thousands of dollars in clothing and shipped it to a store that was moving the clothing much more quickly. It's all so depressing!

Yep. Our dentist is very near the mall with the Disney Store, so once DS was finished with his appt. we went to scope out the situation. That's exactly what's happening here. I saw my new buddy, Liquidation Boy, and he verified that they are NOT marking anything else down. He built a wall out of boxes and sectioned off half of the store, and everything in that half is inaccessible to customers. All that stuff is being boxed and shipped out. One of the Asst. Mgrs. had a storage drawer full of pins, but he quit and Liquidation Boy found them today. Which is fine since they aren't marking them down again! I did find out that the last remaining store in our area that is closing will NOT be shipping their stuff out. They are going to sell down to the bare walls, and that store only has about 10 or 12 days left. He said probably early next week it they will start bumping the stuff cheaper and cheaper. I need to call my friend who works over there and ask her to please let me know as things go cheaper. I also need to know how many pins they have left, because it is a pain in the butt to drive out there so I'm not going if they only have a few.

Looks like a good day for loot at your house! :thumbsup2

Maybe that's where he did his growing?! :confused3 :rotfl2:

Boys' underwear is like that. Brother had some Wiggles underwear that was the same size as his clothes and they were skin tight. They left marks on him. Even DS, who is teeny tiny, wears bigger underwear than anything else he owns. He is in size 12 underwear from the Gap, and everything there runs huge. He had all size 10 and all of a sudden they don't fit anymore. I think it's the bubble butt. ;)

I have a PowerPoint presentation that I have to do at 7 tonight. I've never done one before, and have just gotten everything hooked up. It works, so I just hope it doesn't crash beforehand.

Good luck! DS can do Power Point but we don't have it at home so I have no idea what it is or how it works.:confused3

New bedroom! John and I love it. To us, it seems like a hotel suite. Only thing left I want to change out is the ceiling fan eventually.

The French doors lead to our Master Bath. To the right in this picture is another set of the same french doors that leads to the hallway.

Amy great pictures, Alyssa & Matty are growing up so much!

Denise love the new bedroom :thumbsup2

Night all... I need to get the rest of the certificates for the state done tomorrow morning before I leave for my Finance Meeting at 1:00. I also have three reports to write, so I need to get some sleep now!

See you in the morning, everyone!
I thought you were on vacation.:confused3

When I was having Miles, I got to the hospital just a little before 11:00 pm (shift change). I think it was a busy night for them, and the nurse who took me in was in a nasty mood. She muttered several things under her breath about me not actually being in labor and that I was going to end up going home after wasting their time. She sent me in to give a urine specimen and told me she'd be right back to hook me to the monitors. She also told me she'd call the midwife, since I hadn't thought to do it before we left home. She never returned, and, as it turned out, never called the midwife. At about 12:50 dh went out to let the nurses know that I was getting close. The nurses told him that there was nobody in the room, and he quipped, "There are about to be two people in that room." They called my midwife and then raced into the room. The nurse actually paled when she checked me and realized that I was fully effaced and 10cm. They asked me to try not to push until the midwife arrived, and I did my best. It's really kind of impossible not to. Fortunately, the midwife made it there very quickly. Miles was born in one push at 1:05 am.
When I went back to the hospital that night they told me they were going to send me home because they were sure my water hadn't broken. I was sure....Then they told DH to go home because it was going to be a long day the next day and he did. They started the pitocin around 6:30am. He came back around 6:40am and Lizzy was born at 8:30am.

When I went in with Joe around 4am there was no question that my water broke. I don't remember when they started the pitocin. They told me to walk around and I felt like I was going to start vomit so I asked for an epidural (never had one with Lizzy). They examined me & I was about 5cm. They made DH leave the room while they did it and before the doc had the needle in (he had to try a few times :scared1: ) I felt like I had to push. DH bearly made it back to the room for the birth. I went from 5cm to Joe out in about 1/2 hour.

When I went in for a scheduled induction with Emma I had been up all night with Joe. My MIL told DH to just drop me off at the hospital and go back to her house to help with Joe & Lizzy (even though I told her my sister was on her way). He did that and got back to the hospital around 11:30. I asked for the epidural this time at the very first twing of pain. Emma was born at 2.

Good morning, DDA! I guess I'm doomed not to catch up yet again. We had a great weekend, though very short. Thanks to Dad and his inability to leave at a decent time, we didn't get on the road until 7:30pm Fri, arriving at 4:15am Sat morning. Up at 8 to get ready and leave for my aunt's for the reunion. Stayed at her place later than anticipated and arrived back at Granny's at 10pm to get up at 6:30am to load up, etc and meet my mom's family for breakfast. We drove around the neighborhood that I grew up in before leaving town and made it back at 9pm Sun night. Whew!

Our friends had a great trip to WDW though came back beat! They all had so much fun though and are anxious to go back. They brough Mom and me our requested antenna balls, plus gave me a cute Figment pin and a gift card to Mimi's Cafe as a thank you for helping plan.

This week has been crazy as the family settles into their new house. It is sooo good that the older two are gone until next Thus as the place is a disaster. Only a couple of rooms are actually done and the kitchen should be done this week. The basement will have to be finished later and since that's the playroom and will be BigSis' room, that should be fun. We start the summer church program today so I don't go up until this afternoon, but hopefully I can at least get the boxes more organized today and finish labelling the visable sides so that I can actually find things as needed. I think we're going to set up a makeshift pantry as well so that at least we have access to food and dishes. This fast food all of the time is sooo not going to help me get somewhere near my weight loss goal by our trip. ;)

Well, I've got to shower and make lunches yet so I guess I had better get. Have a good one everyone!!
Sounds like a busy weekend! You must be exhausted!

Cool!

I am jealous of all of you who just had one push and the baby popped out! I pushed for two hours and NOTHING happened! I don't think my epidural was very good. I was still in horrible pain but it numbed all the muscles I needed to push with. The Dr. came in and said in another 30 minutes she was going to vacuum him out, but I was able to get him out on my own. It really is a good thing I only wanted one child because I don't think I would have gone through it again.
I had pre-eclampsia so I wasn't allowed to get out of the bed, my water broke about 2 hours into the induction which I have heard makes labor more painful, I told the nurse I was going to throw up during transition and she blew me off. The next time she came in I was puking. I went from 6 cm to 10 cm REALLY fast, but DS's head was nowhere near the birth canal. He had every intention of staying in there. The OB said I would probably go to 42 weeks, but that was before my blood pressure shot through the roof. And they say you "forget" how painful childbirth is. HA! I don't think I will be forgetting anytime soon! :rotfl:
30 minutes of pushing with Lizzy, 10 to 15 with Joe and 3 pushes with Emma.

Here's the invite we decided on:

The paper just "feels" good in your hand. Sounds funny, I know, but that was important to me. :teeth: I have to order those tonight! :faint:
Beautiful!!!

And this one too, aren't they gorgeous?!
YES!!!!!!

That's even cooler! It definitely needs to be framed. I would love a picture like that with us in it for our entryway! How cool!!
Take me with you! I'll try!!!! Have a very magical trip!!!!!!!!!!!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all the birthday wishes for Daniel! I am going to show him when he gets home!

I drove him to school instead of taking the bus since its his birthday. He got to sleep in alittle more that way. We got him munchins from DD to bring to school for his party.

The drive is about 30 - 45 minutes depending on traffic..so he kept me entertained explaining various battles of the revolutionary war in great depth.::yes:: :faint:
How nice!

Congrats!

I don't know how she had the time for this, but my dreary day was brightened by a SUPER woman named Glynis!

IMG_9843.jpg
Beautiful!!!!!!!

Nick is feeling better as long as I keep alternating the Tylenol and motrin and he takes the sudafed every 4 hours. Otherwise he is miserable. He was able to take a nice nap while I was carting Colby all over.

Colby's last day of Preschool was today. His teacher is so unorganized that it just boggles the mind. Somehow we survived the party. They made little year books for each of the kids and each received an award. Colby received the most polite award as he always says please and thank you. I was pleased with that one :thumbsup2 They also did measurements. He grew one inch and gained 2 lbs. Now can someone explain to me why I needed to replace all his underwear which were size 4t or 4-5 to size 8 :faint: The 6s were still small on him. :confused3 It boggles the mind.

I need to be at work at 4 so my parents are coming down to watch the kids. I guess I'd better call my SIL so she knows where her kids will be.
Glad the meds are working for Nick.

Joe's wearing size 6.:confused3

Apparently the DDA is determined to kick my "blahs!" :goodvibes

Another package just arrived, from yet another very busy person, Lindsay!

Please excuse the fact my kiddos are still in their pjs. ;)
