I don't know how she had the time for this, but my dreary day was brightened by a SUPER woman named Glynis!

Tammi and Elin- Did you have any of the storms/tornadoes touch down by you. I thought I heard them mention Fredericksburg on the news. There was an apparent tornado somewhere in my town but I can't pinpoint the neighborhood.

we have had another round of horrible, awful weather tonight. There were tornadoes sighted in out county and I hope Tammi's drive home went OK. I was walking in water up to my ankles in the parking lot of the conference center, driving through flooded roadways and it is still coming down. This is the latest new release:

Stafford Fire & Rescue reports multiple calls for damaged homes in Stafford County, according to Lt. Mark Stone.

Stone said damage is widespread throughout the county, mostly from trees down on houses. No significant injuries have been reported.

There have been multiple sightings of funnel clouds in Stafford, but no tornadoes have been confirmed, said Stone.

Yeah..... Kyle and I both have built pretty solid opinions of the OB nurses we have worked with, or have now experienced as patients. Jennifer, postpartum nurses don't count and Denise, I think you did mother-baby too? If not, I know there are exceptions... maybe it's just Yankee OB nurses!

I do Post Partum and ante partum I hope your post partum nurses are better then your labor and delivery nurses have been.
i guess it helps that I work with the labor nurses as I had no problems with my nurses. I pushed for 30 minutes with Olivia and 15 minutes with Virginia.

That is very nice! We had our mothers light the side candles when they walked in to start the ceremony, and of course did the unity candle later in the service. It was the same image, but it sounds like doing it all together would have made the point more clear!

In Fairfax, where I work, the storms were horrible. There was a tornado that touched down up in the Tysons/Rt.7 area. My presentation was at 7 and I had only about a 1/3 of the people show up. Power was out all over the place, trees and lines down everywhere. Bob was here with the kids. The power flickered a few times but wasn't out for more than a few minutes. I stayed on the interstate coming home because trees/lines/signals were down all over the place.

Loved Molly new pictures! Glad she was still able to have her picnic. Alyssa's beach party was canceled even though it was sunny all day. I just it was too wet out from all the rain last night. They've rescheduled it for Tuesday. Nicholas is supposed to have a field trip to Caledon tomorrow, which is like a nature reserve/bald eagle habitat, and I have no idea if they will go or not.

Emma and Molly both have allergic reactions to mosquito bites if they scratch them. I know how hard it is not to scratch. I find putting rubbing alcohol on them takes the itch away and dries them up faster.

Vinegar too.

I finally got a call to schedule Molly's sleep study. We go in next Wednesday night at 9pm and get to leave by 5:30am. Should be a fun evening.

I am trying to catch up on the TEN pages you all posted while I was at my convention today, but I had to comment on this. YourBob IS A GEM! A KEEPER! PRINCE AMONG MEN! I know how out of the way it is for him to do these things for you. I know you also do many things for him and Bethany... I am SO glad you found him.
