Kristin and I have stayed at CR in a MK view Tower room. For her 16th birthday. Not Atrium Club but it was probably the biggest and most convenient room we have ever stayed in on WDW property. She would love to go back since it has been refurbished. I wouldn't mind. Bob and Kathrin probably wouldn't particularly like it. But, it is the issue of "one's own space" that has me thinking about this so much.

How about 2 rooms at Pop? I actually really enjoy Pop not that I don't LOVE the Poly but I'm just a whole lot happier when I get home and get my CC bill after a Pop stay.

I have to say I am feeling a little bit better today about the situation with my mom. I talked to her to find our which hospital she will be going to, the name of her oncologist, etc. I looked up resources for her using her zip code, and I told her the name of the website one of the girls from the breast cancer thread from the CB suggested.
Her results from her colonoscopy came back normal, which is good. I guess the bad thing is that breast cancer doesn't usually spread to the colon - it goes to bones, brain, liver. She was all in a twist that her bone density screening isn't back, but I told her that doesn't matter, because if she has mets to the bones that test won't show it. She has to have a bone SCAN. I told her again that she should let my aunt come with her to the appt.

The kind of odd thing she was saying today is that she thinks the surgeon who did the biopsy may have thought she was someone else? I don't think that matters, unless they tagged her biopsy with the wrong name. She said after she got dressed (and was in the room by herself) that the screen on the ultrasound showed someone else's name. The Dr. just used that machine to guide the needle, so maybe they never typed in her name? No telling. Anyway, she is going to need WAY more tests going forward so if somebody made a mistake they will catch it soon enough.

I had gotten it into my head that I wanted to do the ABD China trip. Just to fly there and back and pay for the Adventure it would cost over $17,000 so I guess we are NOT going to China.

i had to do what i didn't want to do. the cat is at the pound. but i do have some good news. i met a puppy raiser from KSDS through another puppy raiser's blog and she gave me an idea of who i might get and i am so excited. i talked to her last night on yahoo messenger for about an hour and a half. it was fun.

Elizabeth-it sounds like you are handling it much better today It also sounds like your mom is projecting and focusing on little things because that is what she can focus on...you know..."maybe they are wrong because it wasn't my name", "my bone density test isn't back...oh no!!"...that kind of stuff.

I hope you all had a good day. I am heading to bed, to hopefully take a nap. I have an assignment due by noon tomorrow, that is not done. I have to leave here tomorrow morning by around 7am, so I need to get it done before I leave for the event. I can not keep my eyes open, so I hope to take a few hour nap and then get up and do the assignment and then back to bed.

I feel like all I ever do these days is report after report after project after project. I barely have one done and the next is already due.

Work was busy today..lots of good sales. I am on tomorrow 10-6 but then I do not have to work any Saturdays in April!

We won't know how the takeover by the Disney Co. will affect our store until May.

I am trying to get a vacation plan together, but with my wife's blackout dates, and my blackout dates from work, it doesn't look good.

The earliest that we could go would be in the fall. Maybe another MNSSHP is in our future. I just don't know.

So my funk has gotten a little worse. We were hoping to go as early as late May or early June, but that doesn't look like a possibility.

As for the rooms... the problem is that those prices I quoted (with the exception of the moderate and the WL Deluxe room) are for a single room. That means all 4 of us in one room for 4 nights and 5 days. And now way to get away from one another. That was the attraction of the Deluxe room at WL. The bedroom is separate from the sitting room. Each of the girls could have their own bed and Bob and I could share the sofa bed in the sitting area. A little more privacy without the cost of two rooms. But, I agree that the CR Atrium Club is VERY appealing. More so than the Poly since (as you say) Bob and I will have just been there in September.

Sounds wonderful. And I love the WL at Christmas!

I had to defend myself today at work. Well, really I didn't because my bosses knew that the issue was not with me. However, someone is trying to make me look bad. Luckily, this person made themselves look bad instead and luckily the client still got taken care of. That has been the hardest part of the work I'm doing. Defending myself against people who are jealous of the situation.

Gotta love karma. What goes around comes around. I'm glad your bosses know the real story.
