DDA Chapter 3

As for distinguishing the stroller, Stephanie made a printout of her DGS's picture and put it in a plastic sleeve with the words "If this is not your kid, this is not your stroller" or words to that affect

Glynis,

I hope the migraine pain is totally gone. I hate getting migraines. They are so debilitating. :headache:

sounds about like Stephanie

I am sorry you are feeling out of sorts:hug: ....I didn't like the new thread either but for some reason it's making us chatty again.

All of the pictures of the kidlets are just so adorable. We just have the most beautiful bunch of kids and grandkids ever.

Debbie,

I sent away for my passport renewal in December and got it back in two weeks. Better to get it now and it is one thing out of your way.

Jo, Claire, and Marti,

It is so good to see you all posting.

Jen,

There are some guys that absolutely have no clue to life. Enjoy your time, that special guy will come when you least expect it. :goodvibes

Chanon,

I would get new golf balls. They made the mistake, they should fix it.

Wow all this talk about Scarlet Fever made me remember when my Mom had it when I was about 14. The Dr came to visit and when he left, there was a quarantine sign on the back door.

I can remember when the boys were in school, I could have played the same recording for each one when we went in for parent teacher conferences. He has the ability but does not apply. He would rather draw in the margins of his work. When it comes to art, he has perfect grades. I have yet to see him hand in half of his English homework. Yada, Yada, Yada, ---- Blah Blah Blah

My youngest son replied one time when I was really ragging on him about the homework---- "I do not do homework"

I wanted to take my hands and put them around his scrawny neck :lmao: :lmao:

Robyn,

So glad you had a good trip and the drive was good.

Love the pictures.

Janet,

A solo trip sounds like so much fun. I kinda did that when I went in Dec of 2006. I met Stephanie and her sister, but I also had time to myself and had a good time just walking around and doing special things for myself.

Glynis,

I really liked the Cheesecake Factory when we all met in Baltimore. The servings are huge. The cheesecake selections was vast and too many to choose from. I think I got something with bananas?

Elin,

I am right there with you in feeling old with all these young whippersnappers on this thread :rotfl: :rotfl: :lmao:

Hal and I will have known each other in June for 42 years. Married in June for 39 years. My kids will be 37, 34 in June the third one just turned 29 this month.

But Stephanie is older than me :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

If anyone is thinking of coming to Camp Hill, Pa for the Mega Mouse Meet in July, I hope they will have the Segways for us to ride again. That was so much fun.

Here's my third attempt
Nice job!!!!

Hi everyone, I am sorry I have not been posting, I was so upset having to see us start a new thread. I just do not understand why it had to be done. I am unhappy that the old one cannot be found. I forgot to write down things I wanted to look up and now cannot remember what they were. I guess I just had a pi$$y attitude and wanted to whine, whine, whine.

I really am doing good. I did stay home yesterday because the bathroom and I became intimate friends all day. I had soup today for lunch but it did not like me. I came home and had tea and crackers tonight and rested on the recliner for a few hours with a few cuddly kitties making sure to lay on my belly which actually helped. Purring is so soothing. :goodvibes

So now I have to catch up.
 The old thread isn't gone forever. They just need to figure out how to bring the long threads back without slowing down the boards again.

I am so excited, I am going down to see my one sister in Marietta, Ga from Feb 9 to Feb 12. I just hope it is warmer there than up here. :lmao:

Denise------would love to see you if there is a chance.

I love the fact that a few of you are sewing things. I have to admit I really miss sewing. I used to sew almost all of my clothes in high school. I even made my prom dress. I kept sewing a lot of things when I was first married. Then having Guenna, I was able to sew a lot of clothes for her. I even had quite a wardrobe for her Barbie.

I need to get my sewing machine either up and working, it may need to be oiled again. Or I need to buy a new one that I can depend on.
