Did anyone get the McDonald's happy meal? a plastic Halloween bucket with stickers to decorate Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head. Dawn and both got one for lunch and then she didn't want the bucket, so now I have two.

They have the Halloween buckets again?! I may have to take the kids out one day this weekend...though I was hoping for pizza tomorrow night...what to do?

13 days! That trip is coming up quickly. I want to go back so badly.

the day after my daughter announces her engagement, her dad gets a notice that he is getting cut back at work.

I'm trying to look at the bright side, he isn't losing his employment just some of his pay, he won't have as much stress now, and our insurance will actually cost us less so we'll have to wait and see how it really affects us.

We are very excited to leave, and we are actually leaving on the 4th now. The airlines changed our flights down twice (just a little bit) so John called and added on a day. Of course there are no studios open so we are staying PC and then will transfer over to AKL on the 5th.

I'm home for the week-end. I hadn't planned on it because I wasn't going to get here until midnight and have to leave early afternoon Sunday. When my afternoon appointments were cancelled, Chuck talked me into coming home. Now that I'm home, guess where he is?! Well, it isn't home. He is still at his office. Oh well. I have the house to myself.

Good morning. The boys had bowling this morning so I took my Christmas Ornament supplies with me and got a bunch ready for Christmas embellishments. That shouldn't take too long once I find what I want. We came home and Chris helped me move the buffet from the kitchen to the basement. Now we won't have that surface to gather clutter. This look so much cleaner just removing furniture. I would like to order the rod iron mickey icon mirror that's on the Disney Store website for that now very visable wall. I hung a DVC print for now. I've given a picture of a sideboard that I like to a local cabinet maker and I'm waiting for an estimate. Hopefully it won't be too expensive and I'll have exactly the piece that will work for the room.

I have about 30 pictures that i need to scan and save on a cd or something..Do you know any store I can do this? I am making my mom a calendar for christmas, as always, but this year, we decided to do pictures from when my brother and I were younger..i have all the pictures but ineed to somehow scan and save them so i can make the calendar online..any ideas?

Do you have any friends who have an all in one printer with scanner? I can't think of anywhere you can get them scanned that wouldn't cost more than you buying yourself a new all in one printer. They are about $100. Staples has a Canon on sale this week-ends today for $80 and starting tomorrow they have an HP for $50 and Epson, Canon or Brother for $80.

I did this at Walmart when getting things ready for my grandma's funeral. It wasn't very expensive at all. Just takes some time to stand there doing it. Target might also have the right machine.

I have been researching the 2012 Disney Marathon. It has me wanting to run the 1/2 marathon in January in 2-1/2 months. I have the time to train for it. It is 82% full right now. I looked up flights and they are only $155 round trip. The 1/2 is $135. I'd have to get accomodations. It would be so much fun. I wonder if I can talk Chuck into giving me this for my birthday and Christmas? Not sure he'd be happy about me going to our happy place without him. It would be an opportunity to experience the week-end so that I'd be ready for 2012.

You can mail them to me and I can scan them for you. I bet the IT dept at your school has a scanner too. Let me know.

Thanks for all the ideas guys--i went to my walmart and target today--one doesnt have those machines..and one said they are broken, with no idea when fixed..ugh! Deb-I PMed you

Today was a nice day-I got a lot of things done that i needed to do, baked cupcakes and cookies, went to a beef and beer benefit with some friends, then watched the phillies (lose!)
