Last year they held a MNSSHP during the week between Labor Day and Night of Joy. I've already purchased airfare. Do you think they have a party while I'm there? Nnnnnoooooooooo. Only on the same day as NOJ.

So no birthday celebration, no F&W, no party. Hrrrruumph.

Ten days until I get to freeze my bum off at Hilton Head.
It will probably snow there or maybe have a winter hurricane. I'm packing my Snuggie!!!!

Hello

Hunter says that he is feeling much better, but he still feels warm to me. He took some meds and has gone to bed. He plans to go to school tomorrow. Colby still has an awful cold with cough. He has taken meds and has also gone to bed. Nick says that he is feeling better, but he looks a bit pale to me. He will be sleeping soon too. Chris is congested and has a runny nose and sore throat, but he says he is fine. He must be as he isn't whining like a baby. My tummy is very wonky and bloated, but I managed the entire day so it can't be too bad, right?

Wow, work was very strange tonight. I arrived to find a new chef. Apparently they fired the ones that we've had for 5 months (finally). Now they need to completely train the new guy (he hadn't seen our menu before tonight). Hopefully things will get better from here. I really don't think they could get much worse.

Deb - I sure hope you're able to clear the sickies out of your house soon, I had a routine visit at the doctor's yesterday and the person in the room next to me tested positive for the flu. She said it is pretty bad this year, and even the people who got the vaccine were getting it and tamiflu wasn't working.

I made sure not to touch anything I didn't have to and to germex as soon as I left.

I might be MIA for a little while depending on how tomorrow goes, I have another dental appointment after work tomorrow. This one is to extract the tooth that is broken almost down to the gumline, she said she will probably have to cut part of it out. If I weren't so phobic about the dentist I would be in such a predicament now.

I think I'm heading to bed. It is too hard to type with the kitty laying on my arm. He apparently needs attention tonight.

ETA: Maybe he knows that he has another vet appointment tomorrow.
