that is what i figured would happen.

I do like this
Complimentary parking: AP/PAP holders are entitled to free parking at the MK, Epcot, DHS and AK parking lots. Florida Seasonal Passholders do not get this benefit. Free parking is not valid for special events requiring a separate admission charge or special events that are not open to the general public.

If you are staying on property you have free parking anyway, Jennifer.

Just checking my ticker. ;)

I hope everyone has a great weekend ahead! :wizard: Lots of prayers for you all, too!

Noah's 6-month appointment went well. We have a really laid-back pediatrician, and he didn't seem worried at all that Noah would much rather just gnaw on his hands than reach for anything or put some effort into sitting up.

It seems my biggest baby is starting to taper off a little. He only gained 8 ounces since his 4-month check-up, so he's up to 14 pounds, 8 ounces (Alyssa and Matty were both 14 pounds, 3 ounces at this point). He's also an inch longer, measuring in at 26 1/4 inches long (Alyssa and Matty were both 26 inches long). We're going to put some real effort into starting solids after our trip. I attempted rice cereal with him a few times before Christmas, but then the holidays hit and things got crazy. I'm actually a little relieved I don't have to worry about packing baby food...I'll just nurse him around the World. :goodvibes

The last load of laundry is in the washer, and our packing is 3/4 of the way done. The plan is to leave around 5 p.m. I'm trying to be optimistic about the drive. Hopefully it will be easy-breezy!

Please take care!
Amy :)

HAVE A BALL! I know that you all will make the most of this trip. I can't wait to see all your pictures. :goodvibes

Okay so it looks like an AP is probally not the way to go for us this time, So Chanon I can book a room only at any time for next year right. Tickets are cheaper thru undercover tourist then you right.

Jennifer - Are you on the Mousesaver's Newsletter email list? The cheapest ticket prices we have ever seen are through that monthly email or one of her special mailings.

Next year's rates are not out yet...just 2009. They normally aren't released until August. From what I've seen in the past, UT is slightly cheaper since we have to charge you for shipping from here.

thanks so I should wait till Aug to book?
I get the mousesavers newsletter and they are 288 for adults for 10 day park hopper, expiring

That is who we have rented from the past two times. MUCH better rates than anyone else. Book early and then keep an eye on them. We paid $262 last month when everyone else was looking at $600+ for the same time frame!

hmm I wonder how early I should book?

We were thinking about the same thing at the same time! :rotfl2:

You can book as early as you want. It doesn't cost you anything. While you are there sign up for their email specials and keep an eye on them.

ETA: You can only book through the end of this year. But go and sign up for their emails while you are thinking of it!

In case you missed my update... you can only book through the end of 2009 right now.

quick question I know if the prices get better or get a discount that I can change for the cheaper price. But, what if the prices increase? I will have to pay the higher price right?

Amy I hope you all have a wonderful time :goodvibes

Jennifer have fun planning your trip!

No you can't. Disney isn't releasing park hours more than 3 months out now, so you can't plan where you will be on what day, which in turn means you won't know where you want to eat. But that's okay, because you can't make your ADRs until you start packing (if you are Elizabeth ;)). Disney has taken away the planning fun for us planners. :sad2:

I said I WOULD start packing now but I CAN'T because of the issue with not having room for the suitcases. :sad2:
I am feeling rather fidgety about the whole ADR situation. It's not good.

You all are going to have so much fun!!! :lovestruc

Glad Noah's checkup went well.

Yay for a good check-up!
Have an amazing trip! :wizard:

With the addition of Noah, our van is obviously getting a little crowded, so I've been trying to pack conservatively, knowing I'm going to do laundry at OKW...4 pairs of pjs for Alyssa and Matty, etc. However, it seems Kevin has no intention of doing laundry; he put 15 pairs of socks and underwear in the suitcase! Luckily, he didn't pack 15 pairs of shorts and jeans!

Lunch break over...back to packing

Thank you for all the well wishes! :grouphug:

I am so proud of Kevin!!! :thumbsup2 But he really needs to put more jeans and shorts in the bag. :rolleyes1

On the hotel room you have to pay the higher price if you book before the rates are released.

I think Princess did well at her interview. She was very shy when we arrived (wouldn't speak without prompting) but when the lady called her back for her actual evaluation she marched right in without a backwards glance. :confused3
It took about 35 minutes. The interviewer said it was a "treat" to talk with Princess, that she did well, and that the results will be submitted to the school and a copy will be mailed to my bosses. Fair enough!

As we were leaving Princess said she would like to go and have another meeting some time. :rotfl2:

But I can plan what resort, how many days, what the dates are where we would like to eat, so that I can start budgeting for it. Also I have a list of thing I am hoping to make for the girls for our trip and those will appear under the Christmas tree this year.
Coloring/Activity books for the plane, Coupons to reedem for new shirts that mommy will make them, Autograph books, Invitations to MVMCP and to the Character meals we will do.:)
I guess because we don't do anymore of that stuff I don't think about it. Unless it is a REALLY special occasion, of which I cannot think right now, I won't be making ANY more shirts. Between the 3 of us, we have Disney shirts up to our elbows that don't get worn anymore. We no longer do autograph books or invitations. The planning that I enjoy doing is the park days and restaurants. You sound like you will be busy, with everything you have planned. Good thing you're starting early. :thumbsup2
