I was at work by 5 am this morning & our truck was 3 1/2 hours late due to the weather. Usually if they are running late they call, but not today! So I waited & waited, made for a very long day. I got home around 3:30 this afternoon & fell out.
I need to fix our dinner here shortly & do a few things for tomorrow. At the moment I am just kicking back.

He said yesterday he didn't think it would cook in time, and he was RIGHT! I had to take it out of the oven, jab it with the thermometer, and then slice off enough to feed DS for dinner. That was the easy part. The hard part was slicing up the rest of it to put it in the fridge! I have one Ziploc bag full of slices, and then I dumped the rest of it (still on the bone) in another bag. The dishwasher is crammed full and it is running. The sink is overflowing with more dishes, the fridge is crammed, and I am trying to make the Jello thing. I have to add mandarin oranges to the Jello in 45 minutes, then pour all of that over the cream cheese part. Of course the Jello is in a HUGE pan and the cream cheese and crust part is in another HUGE pan, so that is making the fridge even more of a debacle.
I hate the kitchen. Did I mention that? I never should have gone in there yesterday.
