Ugh, I typed up a response and lost it.

Today will be busy. I'm working this morning at the school, then taking Colby to his 6 year check up. I'll have to cook dinner again since it is Chris' Birthday. ;)

Happy Birthday Chris: I know that you are lurking ;)

Have a great day Chris!!!

Oh my -- those are so cute. Good job Elin. (I originally thought you made them, as they are so close to the camper that was in her sig.!)

He is really growing up. How handsome! Have fun subbing. I'm glad the school is calling you more often.

Ugh -- those sound very similar to my main ones. The mold count around here skyrockets in the fall, so my fall allergies are actually worse than the spring ones. I hope the asthma and allergies are under control quickly.

That is very scary! I'm glad you were paying attention.

party: party: Happy Birthday Chris! party: party:

Happy Birthday Chris.

Have a good day Chris!!!!!!

Oh for the love of Pete! I leave you all for a few months and what do I find today? FOOD!

Happy Birthday Chris

Tammi- sorry to read about Nicholas and allergies as well as a bit of asthma, but it will be all right.

Jen- That is a but scary. I would have done something just like it. Good to read everything is well.

Elin- cool ornaments. I was thinking of ornaments last night and having the girls make some. I wish I could remember who made the wooden ones with the iron on. I think it would be fun to try that.

Anne Marie- PD for you all. Things will get better soon.

Theresa- sounds like you have had some not so fun work days. I am sorry to read that. But we all know that even with the money, it’s not worth the pluto poop. I have that with Home Depot, I need the money, but can’t stand it to the point I don’t care much about the money anymore and ready to leave now.

Mac- PD for a good outcome. I would have so many things to say to my state rep that they would have to kick me out of the office.

Elizabeth- I know it must have been so hard to wait and wait, but glad to read they did get back to you. PD and prayers for you and your mom.

We are busy like always. My step DD is driving us to drink. She is in the house, out of the house, in the house, out of the house. Well after last Friday she is gone for good. Mark can’t put up with her Pluto poop anymore and our house was just not fun to be in or around. I do hope we all can just work things out and someday she will see that we are no evil people, just that she should have done the right things.

The girls are doing well in school. Bethie is getting bigger everyday, she GH shots are working great. She will need to be on them for years as of know, but at least she is getting bigger and at the age of 5 not the size of a two year old anymore.

Ellie is singing her back side off and loving it. She group (dance/signers) are applying to perform at DL. We shall see how that goes.

Mark deploys for 5 months come the end of Jan and I am working at the school as a sub and at night at home depot. I get no sleep but that is only for a bit longer when mark leaves. Then I will only sub at the school.

I do hope all is well with you wonderful folks. Chat with you again when I can.

Happy Birthday to Chris! :dance3:

Happy Birthday Chris!

:rotfl: Perfect!

Happy Birthday, Chris!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.:) Deb has been keeping me updated and I must say I'm more than a little jealous of the recent and pending trips to Disney.

Not so much, with Brady going out in the first game. They have done pretty well with Castle though. And the Bucs are leading the NFC South:thumbsup2
How about the Cowboys?

havent been too great with romo out the last few weeks, but won this past weekend when he got back--i cannot wait to get to dallas next week!

I made a huge mistake today. I had a headache and thought I took some ibuprophen, when actually it was Tylenol PM. Needless to say it ended in a 2 hour nap. It was tough staying awake through Colby's appt.

Chris' sister just called and his mother is in the ER again. Breathing issues. Due to her size and the fact that she smokes she is not in good health. I think they suspect pneumonia. They will call when they know more. His niece is also in the hospital. I guess she was admitted yesterday for migranes and a high white blood cell count. She is 19 years old.

That's AWESOME :cool1:
I,m sure you,ll have a great time, and I'd bet the Cowboys will win.
I've been to both, Gillette and Fenway. :thumbsup2 There's nothing like being at the game. Someday I hope to time a trip to Florida when Tampa is playing a home game.

they BETTER win--if not, you may see me crying and running across the field haha...luckiyl, we have great seats--so now just gotta get through this week

Paula-I've missed your posts....your daughters are cutie patooties!!:goodvibes

So I started the day pissed...Richard came into the office and announced loudly to John that they already had somebody interested in my job. I know he hasn't posted it anywhere yet so I (correctly) deduced that the tattle tale had told her assistant to apply for my job. She obviously wants to have all of her best friends surrounding her.:confused3

But I got over myself....a) I think she was just waiting for me to resign to do this...if she wants to be petty more power to her b) the assistant is just as petty and not really qualified but it's not my business and
c) All of the members I ended up telling today made me feel so bad and good at the same time....one even asked for name's so she could kick their butts and then tell SPRC about it:rotfl: If I could have stayed working just for them I would but since I've got to work with who I do I can't stay.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY
CHRIS

There's what I've been waiting to see so I could scraplift. I figured if no one else had a picture of the kitchensink, I would have to go find one.

Happy Birthday Chris!!! I hope it was wonderful!!!

Happy Birthday Chris!

Belated Birthday Wishes to Jennifer, Colby & Vicki!

Robyn-looks like the party was fun! Brenden is a cutie! Great announcement!

Tammi-hope you were able to stay warm today. Really cold here too. I have a friend in WDW this week and its even cold (highs 60's/lows 40's) there. Good luck controlling the asthma.

Kristen-sorry for your loss.

Janet-:woohoo: congrats on the dishwasher. Good luck finding a 2nd job.

Elizabeth-hope the drs can talk some reason into your Mom. Good luck to DH with the restructuring.

Jen-glad you're safe!

Denise-prayers for the baby and her family.

Paula-nice to see you.

Heidi-WOW-all done???

Well my day has been interesting... I met with my local state representative an individual whom I didn't vote for in the recent election, but won none the less. So I figured I might want to sit down with him and discuss the conversations I had with his competitor about Cochlear Implants.

What I wanted to discuss was having a bill passed similar to one in Oregon that states if an insurance company is willing to pay for one Cochlear Implant, then they must fund the second if deemed medically beneficial. I mean if a child or an adult is missing two legs they will cover both, so why not both ears. I wasn't sure what he would say or if he would be willing. He was ready to write the bill, then and there, and start working on getting it done before May. I was impressed, he enjoys fighting insurance he said so we will see if he's all talk or really out to support the hearing impaired.

During our discussion we spoke about the economy, our local school district and such. I mentioned how I had been unemployed for quite some time and recently took a position with a high end grocer here in town. Well it seems the CEO of said company is one of his biggest supporters. He asked if his writing a letter to said individual would help me. I told him it probably wouldn't hurt and he is going to draft a letter to be sent in the next week. This may help me move into management much quicker, we shall see. He stated he was impressed with my desire to help others, even though my child already has both implants. That was nice to hear.

It really is amazing how the Lord works, last night I was kind of down about this whole thing, but a few prayers and time can really change things.
What wonderful news!:woohoo:

Mac-I KNEW I forgot someone. It sounds like a great day with your representative. I too, hope he isn't all talk and has some action behind his words!!
