We started this chapter on the first day of the economic collapse of the stock market. I was in Disney and didn't look at the television until Friday. By then it was all she rote...

I'm all for getting through this as quick as possible.

I am trying to upload my pictures to photobucket. All we did was eat. Should I post one picture per post?

DH took some pictures today in some weird format and now he is mad that the computer doesn't recognize the files. Now he is howling for me to come help him. Me? How did this become MY problem? I don't know anything about the camera or the editing stuff. If he would leave the camera format ALONE this wouldn't be an issue!

I bet he took them in Raw format. Each camera manufacturer uses a slightly different RAW format. RAW formatting allows for easier digital manipulation and more information in each image.

The camera should have come with software in order to convert them to JPEG, Tiff, or GIF format.

Tammi, the only thing I would say you missed but drivel would be we posted a lot of recipes. We were helping Stephanie figure out what to make for meals that would be cheap so she can save money for Disney.

So somebody started copying my trip report onto another trip board, not on the DIS. I had never been there before, but someone who saw it there let me know. What is this world coming to? It had my name in the title, but why would someone do that?

I have always been leery about posting trip reports and pictures and now I am not sure if I will continue doing so.

Between this, and someone's car being broken in at my company parking lot to steal their GPS, I just do not understand people.

Neat! I would like to see a bear!

I have seen a lot of bear in my life and a few bear cubs as well. They are so cute. Luckily, I have always been in a car and they were on the side of the road except for when I was little. We used to have open dumps. When we had visitors, the thing to do was take them to the dump to see the bears in the evening. You could always find a couple of bears feeding there.

It did. We downloaded the Olympus software but the Windows stuff is the default, so it trumps the Olympus. DH opened the Olympus program but if the images are in there he can't find them.

How bizarre. Why would somebody copy a trip report that belongs to someone else? Very strange.
Car burglaries I can understand. Well, not understand exactly, but they are a much more common occurence. My car was broken into back when I first moved to TX. They stole my radar detector.
