I am heading off friends...I got nearly no sleep last night and I am definitely fighting off something and I have to be 100% to meet Miss Glynis and her family at the end of the week.

Yes, you do! Although, I'll pamper you if you're still feeling icky!

At home give her something to do with her hands. Silly putty, play dough, easy sewing projects, etc. Something that will keep her hands out of her mouth. If she starts sucking tell her to get the project or thing or give her something to do. Having to get up and go get something or do something every time she sucks might remind her how much of a pain it is.

Good idea! I'll try it!

We tried that earlier this year. It worked for a day, and then she sucked so hard, she sucked all the fingernail polish of all the fingers of her left hand!

I used to do that....I'd "chew" the polish off and then chew on my fingernails. I still do the chew the polish...that is why I don't wear nail polish!!

now I am really off...after giving Pearl her ear drops...the poor kitty had a yeast infection in there!!

Even with all the hair gone SHE's heavy and worse than baby to get drops into.

Oh my gosh Robyn, SO cute! I got the girls 3-month pictures today, and they were..... well, awful. We gave up after just a handful of shots, and will try again when we go for family pictures scheduled in October. For whatever reason, the girls wanted to stay up and smile and play all morning, so that they could both be extra cranky just in time for pictures. It starts already........

I love Lucy's pictures though! The 'drawing' background is precious, and she is such a sweet little girl!

Jennifer-I was going to say Beth had an S5 but I see she said she has an S3. I have a discountinued Sony-I think there is something wrong with it. I think I may just have to upgrade to a dSLR before my next trip. My niece has an S5 on my advice and loves it.

Today is our 24th anniversary. I also have a nephew who is 24 today. I was running late and didn't have time to stop on the way home for a card. DH hasn't given me one either so I wonder if he forgot?

I could make one on my computer....guess I ought to try that.....

OMG she is absolutely beautiful. Those are wonderful pictures.

Today is our 24th anniversary. I also have a nephew who is 24 today. I was running late and didn't have time to stop on the way home for a card. DH hasn't given me one either so I wonder if he forgot?

I could make one on my computer....guess I ought to try that.....

I'm sorry that dh hasn't mentioned it. He's probably saving the male all purpose gift for later eeeeeewwwwwww

I've got the restaurant menu pretty much done. Tomorrow night they want to print it. The kids are all in bed. Nick has a field trip tomorrow. I plan to wake Hunter up at 5 and give him his meds. That way he can go back to sleep for awhile and hopefully when he actually has to get up he will feel better. I know that he still isn't feeling well, but hopefully tomorrow will the turning point.

Thanks Jennifer. I know that frustration all too well and I hate to tell you it only gets worse as it gets older! It has become a chore to get Emma and Mo's pics taken lately. We need to do family pics and I am dreading the very thought of it.

That drawing background worked perfectly with her outfit. Emma says it looks like Lucy is on a roller coaster!

Thanks Amy. She has 6 on top now, the 4 front and the 2 molars. Her little bunny rabbit teeth is what Emma and Molly call them.

Oh no. I hope they have plenty of children's motrin and that it helps
