I just had a brilliant idea!

I wonder what the biggest house is in the WDW vicinity? We could get a group of DDA friends together and BUY the house! Then we could all live together and never leave Mecca. How many bedrooms would we need?

So I think that I have spent the majority of the day on the computer. However most of my spreadsheets are up to date. Entertainment schedules are updated. I've downloaded about 1/3 of the things that I want to print. I'll get the rest of those tomorrow as I want to go on a printing spree at Kristi's on Wednesday while they are all at school/work. I've still got to figure out where I saw the activity pages that I wanted to print. I thought I had it bookmarked so I guess it was on a thread on the DDA or maybe TGM. I'll search it out tomorrow I guess as I seem to be fading quickly. Sad since it's only 8:20, but hopefully it's just eye fatigue from being at the computer so much. Everyone is gone now and Mom is in bed so hopefully the quiet house will be relaxing.

I hated it from the second it appeared, but I hadn't noticed that they changed it until you pointed it out! I just thought it was icky, and I was getting tired of having to look at it every time the page changed. I am glad they modified it.

Oh, it had the face of the Exorcist girl and it was just icky. It just wasn't really appropriate for the DIS. I am not normally such a prude, but I did find it offensive.

Do you guys leave your pics on your computer, or do you burn them to disc and erase them? Or load them to a hosting site? Or what?

You want them in two places - one should be offsite. I am bad and haven't done mine yet but I plan to make two sets of CDs and remove them from my laptop. Currently I have them on my laptop and some on my external hard drive. One set of CDs will go in my safety deposit box. I have my old negatives in the safety deposit box now.

I have sets of ours in my parents basement. I figure that there is a pretty low likelyhood that both places would have problems on the same day

Did I really have to get off the ship now??

As you can tell from the above I ABSOLUTELY did not want to get off the Magic this morning. I had a great time despite the sore foot. Also our parents did make it to California they both went to Disneyland. But my Dad rode the Jungle cruise and started to feel worse. He got some food but ended up going back to the room. Sunday morning as we are frantically trying to get ready to get on the bus to the port. We were also trying to book my Mom and Dad airfare out of CA. As my Dad did not think he should go on the ship. So they ended up flying out of LAX on Monday morning. So they unfortunately did not get to go on the cruise. The good news is he is feeling much better. Except now he has a sinus infection again.

I was hoping to be stuck at sea for a few more days from the storms out there. Or I was trying to figure out how to become one of the back 2 backers on the 5 day cruise that left today. None worked so I am home. I have to be at work tomorrow morning. I hope I have no problems driving myself to and from work, as I have yet to do so since I hurt my foot.

I started some unpacking. Some laundry is in the dryer. I gotta figure out what to do with all the stuff I accumulated. Pins, lithographs, commemorative Panama Canal box, glasses, etc.

Also a recap would be nice as I am back on page 228 of Chapter 10. Knowing me I will try to read everything but maybe not.

For now I should head to bed. I have a feeling the rest of this week is going to wear me out.
